Wax candles are great, but can ruin the area around them with wax. Oil filled are easy to fill, light and use without the wax drips.The oil filled candles from Holyart were spot on for size, and look the part. In addition the service and delivery was as it should be, quick and informative as to the progress of the order. I recommend them to everyone and thank Holyart for this great, easy to use product.

We recently ordered a new Holy Water Bucket and Aspergillum from Holyart.

Ordering was simply, payment straightforward, and delivery swift.

Sadly, the aspergillum was damaged in transit - so I had to contact Holyart. No problem. A replacement was sent with a few days.

It was easy to order and the altar cloth is perfect. It arrived earlier than expected and was delivered on time.
Also you were good enough to hold the order until our treasurer sent the money to me.
So a very helpful and efficient service - thank you

I ordered Deacon lapel cross pins for my husband who is to be ordained in two weeks time! The items are beautiful and exactly as described. Delivery was swift with no issues and it was easy to track the parcel. It was easy to find what I needed on the site and the product was good value. I will definitley be ordering from here again.

This is the second order I've made from Holyart and I love their products. The lower rating is because I paid for the premium delivery service that said it would arrive between 2 and 4 days later. It cost me about £23, way more than standard delivery, but I thought it was worth it to arrive for my wife birthday. But as soon as I placed the order it estimated delivery a week later, even before it had been shipped. And although it shipped later that day, the products arrived 7 days later as originally estimated. Does the premium delivery service payment even do anything? I don't know, but they shouldn't say it makes arrival happen within 4 days and then immediately estimate a week after ordering. I ended up having to buy a replacement gift for my wife in the end, so I wasn't too happy.

I had not used Holy Art before, and I am very pleased with my purchase and the ease of use of their website. They have a large catalogue that includes photographs of the items which was really helpful. I wanted to buy a monstrance for my parish and there was a large collection of different styles and prices. The payment was safe and secure online and the item was sent out very well packaged indeed. The quality of the monstrance was absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend this company.

When visited the shop in Rome I was made very welcome and received personal attention without feeling pressure. The staff were attentive and willing to help.

Product is smart and sturdy - exceeds expectations. Delivery was confusing - first attempt said we weren't in (when we worked by the gate all day), second arrived without warning but was (happily) left in letterbox and confirmation of delivery sent promptly.

Holyart is an excellent company to deal with. Always professional. Excellent customer service and their pricing is always lower than many other suppliers. They offer an excellent range if products. Delivery is prompt and I would recommend premium as it will save you on postage. Very helpful with any problems, I have only had one and I have placed many orders. Really great. Exactly what I want

The initial contact with Holyart was good. Communication with the customer service department was also good. However, when the item was delayed and I asked about it, communication stopped for a somewhat longer period. The package tracking also did not show exactly where the parcel was during transit. But it was delivered on May 18th, and the product is very nice. I will shop with Holyart again, as the quality is very good.

I placed an order on March 15, 2026. I haven't received any notification about a delivery delay or shipping difficulties. Finally, I got tired of waiting and canceled the order on May 15, 2026. I am very disappointed. Their customer service is substandard.

This isn't my first time shopping at Holyart. I'm always very satisfied, everything runs smoothly. Purchases are well-secured and arrive on time.
