We checked and noticed that you received your Roblox code within seconds of your order. So speed of delivery does not seem to be a problem.

If you had problems locating your ordered code:
All orders (and codes) can be found under the menu "My Codes". Also we send out an email with a link to the ordered code. (We do not attach the code to the email to make it easier to return unused codes.)

My card information was stolen and…

My card information was stolen and charged for multiple charges through this website. When I tried to call them to get to the bottom of it nobody could give me answer IF they answered at all. My bank was wonderful in handling the situation and I was able to dispute all the charges. However, the lack of security and empathy from this company truly shows that they do not care at all. I had no idea about this company or website before today and I can say if this is how they handle situations for people whose money has literally been stolen from them, then it's safe to say they don't treat their actual paying customers any better.

To protect our customers and ourselves from fraud, we adhere to strict security measures such as 3DS (two-factor authentication) and address verification where applicable. However, even this does not always protect from fraud.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. They refuse to respond back to you. I had fraudulent charges from this company in the amount of $1,459. I immediately got with my card company and with wwe.holyo.com. nobody wants to get back to me. The least they could do is to let me know where the money got spent so that I could press charges in the appropriate jurisdiction. I can get no help at all from these people. I am a disabled person and my social security disability check we got spent within hours of it being deposited in my bank account. When you're on a fixed income you cannot afford to lose one twelfth of your yearly income in one shot.
