Hello,
we 100% share your frustration! Roblox recently made some important changes to their platform. Since April 24, 2023, gift cards and vouchers can only be activated on Roblox accounts with the same currency. That is, most Romanian and Czech users are no longer able to activate Roblox vouchers denominated in EUR or USD.
However, Roblox hasn’t made digital codes available in RON and CZK in time for this change. This is true not only for Holyo but for all of Romania and Czech republic.l.
We expect to have Roblox vouchers denominated in RON and CZK soon and will inform all our users when they are available.
Again, we understand your frustration and hope that Roblox will provide a solution quickly.

Very good, but with a tiny problem
Everything went well, but I have put 4 stars because I haven't seen a place on the website where I could find instructions for getting a link for Discord Nitro (what I have ordered). Because of that, I had to get support to find the answer to my problem.

Refunding Policy
The refunding policy is great but i wouldn't recommend contacting support after you got scammed because they wont do anything about it and just tell you "we apologise for the inconvenience"still even if a code from 1 or 2 years before isn't working and just now you decided to contact support holyo will still provide you with a refund if your theory if proven to be true. it's a really great service for saving money on giftcards and it has more options to add funds to your wallet.i hope this company ends up big in profit and more options for diffrent countries.For short the answer is I Absolutely Love It!!!.

Because of the nature of vouchers, we advise to treat HolyoCard like money. Whenever a HolyoCard is redeemed, we cannot know whether this card has been stolen or legitimately purchased in retail. If your HolyoCard has been stolen, please report this crime to the authorities. You can also contact our customer support and attach an image of the receipt. This way we may be able to deactivate the HolyoCard before it is being redeemed.

My experience
Emails are very fast but the problem im having is the conversion rate on the prices to euro to ron, it just too irritating and annoying by the time goes.
