The code doesn't match my country
I logged in, got the card code from my receipt and tried to get the 10€ worth of robux. When i got the roblox code and tried it, it didn't work, it said that the code doesn't match my country but i bought it in the same city I'm in. I really don't know what to do and I'm not sure who's fault this is . I really don't want to waste those 10€ and I would appreciate if you could help me with it

Hi there,
the currency of your Roblox Gift Card must match your account country. Since you bought a Roblox EUR 10 code, you can only redeem it in account which is set to EUR. If you need more info I suggest you contact us via email on support@holyo.com or contact Roblox directly.

from your description it is not entirely clear what the issue is.
I can see that the Fortnite code was delivered to you. You should have received an email with a link to your Fortnite code. You can also see all transactions incl your order for the Fortnite code under "My Codes".

Rather stupid issue
My issue was rather annoying. Purchased credit for partner store and it didn't work out. When contacting support at Holyo they responded immediately and engaged the partner who was to help resolve this issue. As partner was not responsive and my patience was close to none, I wrote rather angry email to Holyo support. In no time not only I have received reply but solution for my issue as well. Tom is the best!

Thank you for the good review. Typically we send out vouchers within a few minutes. However, we do experience some delays due to technical issues - sometimes on our side and sometimes on supplier side. We are taking measures to reducing these cases to an absolute minimum as we know how annoying it is to wait for a code that you need to keep playing...

Hello,
we 100% share your frustration! Roblox recently made some important changes to their platform. Since April 24, 2023, gift cards and vouchers can only be activated on Roblox accounts with the same currency. That is, most Romanian and Czech users are no longer able to activate Roblox vouchers denominated in EUR or USD.
However, Roblox hasn’t made digital codes available in RON and CZK in time for this change. This is true not only for Holyo but for all of Romania and Czech republic.l.
We expect to have Roblox vouchers denominated in RON and CZK soon and will inform all our users when they are available.
Again, we understand your frustration and hope that Roblox will provide a solution quickly.

All went smooth
All went smooth. The holoyo card activated instantly although it said it could take up to 24h. From the funds I ordered a Steam card which took 30-40 min to activate. All went good and they seem to have no markup (or at least it's very small). Fullheartedly recommended!
