I was contacted in August last year about taking an insurance product out on my washing machine £9.95 or £8.95 per month and I was promised a new washing machine if mines broke and they couldn't fix it my machine broke at the weekend I phoned them this morning to get a repair booked and I can only book a repair if I pay the full year of my contract why wasn't I told this one the cold call ???
The girl said it was in the small print the email they sent me I checked my emails I have not had any emails from this company just think there being a bit fly not explaining the full process on the cold call then not fixing my washing machine unless I pay the full years cover bad way to work home direct I won't be using your service again

Ordered flooring through them via b&q ,1/2 day delivery .. a week later nothing .. there website is closed down ,no contact numbers , no email addresses

Terrible experience with them. DO NOT buy from them. Delivery stated by them, waited in all day, no bed, o contact from them either. After a number of emails, texts, voicemails etc etc to which they did not reply they did reply to one at 7pm on the night where I ask if it’s a scam. Then lie and tell me there was a problem with the van and say the bed will be delivered next day between 8am and 12pm. Delivery attempted at 8pm on the SUNDAY night after I had asked for a refund ( no communication before then). They would not let us check the bed so we refused delivery. They are deleting negative Facebook posts. Found some ones they missed which confirm beds are shoddy and they refuse to give refunds. Which is why courier would not let us check the bed! ‘Office’ is a derelict shack and landline disconnected. Told me I was getting refund and 3 weeks later still waiting. LIARS!!!! DO NOT buy from them unless you want to get ripped off. Reported to trading standards!

Recieved my beautiful bed really quickly. All communication was 5* and the delivery driver was very kind and professional. I’d definitely order again thanks so much!Excellent quality
