We cannot thank Asdaq Sayed enough for everything he has done for us throughout the sale of our property.

From the very beginning of our journey right through to the completion of the sale, and even in the weeks afterwards, Asdaq has always gone above and beyond and has been extremely helpful in every aspect.

We instructed Asdaq to handle the sale of our property in Leytonstone, which was a high value sale and also a difficult and time restricted situation for us because of our mortgage situation. From the start, Asdaq gave us honest and professional advice which helped us gain more time with our mortgage and put us in a much better position.

He was genuinely very easy to deal with. He was always friendly, approachable and quick to respond whenever we had any questions, and he kept me updated throughout every stage of the sale.

During the viewings and negotiations, it was clear to us that Asdaq has a lot of experience and knowledge of the property market. He advised us on which repairs were worth doing and which features of the property we should highlight to help us achieve the best price possible.

After receiving a few offers from different potential buyers, Asdaq secured a buyer for us who initially offered below our asking price. Amazingly, within just one day, he managed to negotiate the offer up to the full asking price. That really showed us the value of having someone experienced negotiating on our behalf.

We are genuinely very grateful for all of Asdaq’s help. Thanks to the successful sale, we have been able to clear our mortgage, become first time homeowners of our new property and still have funds left over. It has been a huge turning point for our family.

Asdaq is not just an estate agent to us anymore. he has become like family. We have built a really good relationship with him throughout this whole process, and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in using him again for any future property sales or purchases.

My experience with Home Finders, and particularly Hayley, was extremely disappointing.

From the beginning of the tenancy I reported numerous issues including cleanliness concerns, faulty lights, a defective bath plug, blinds that would not stay up, exposed carpet grippers that cut my daughters’ feet, and other maintenance problems that should have been identified before a tenant moved in.

The most serious issue was a kitchen hob fire the day I moved in. The incident caused significant damage, destroyed personal belongings and left smoke contamination throughout the property. Despite the seriousness of the situation, I found the response slow, communication poor and the overall handling of the aftermath inadequate.

Many issues required repeated chasing and I was often left feeling that my concerns were being dismissed rather than resolved. Simple repairs and maintenance requests took far longer than they should have done, and there appeared to be little urgency despite the number of problems being reported.

To make matters worse, a substantial deposit claim was made at the end of the tenancy. I disputed the claim through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and an independent adjudicator significantly reduced the amount claimed after considering the evidence from both parties.

Based on my experience, I found the service unprofessional, reactive rather than proactive, and frustrating to deal with throughout the tenancy. I would not use Home Finders again and would not recommend them to others looking to rent a property, if you use them take pictures and collect evidence of absolutely everything when you move in.

5 stars for the compassion of Homefinders Dalston staff towards a male cat who fell from the roof of their building onto the pavement.

Staff took the cat immediately to a vet hospital and management were prepared to pay for it to be treated if his owner wouldn't have been found.

They then successfully found his owner.

Very impressed by their kindness.

I had the pleasure of working with Lilly Smith from Home Finders Swindon on renting a house for my family. Everything looked quick and easy. She is a really nice and helpfull person. I can't recommend it enough.

I want to make it clear how indignant I am with Home Finders in Swindon. I lived in a property rented by them for seven years, and upon termination of my contract, they charged me for extra days of rent that were not due. The house was in much better condition when we returned it (we left LED lights, a nearly new curtain rod, everything very clean and organized, artificial grass in the yard) than when we moved in, and yet they didn't stop demanding undue payments; on the contrary, they were a real nuisance. They thanked us endlessly for being such good tenants for seven years, but then they made a fool of themselves at the end. A disgrace.

Asdaq at home finders has been nothing but professional. We have been trying to sell the house for a while as it was in the high end price range. They made special videos for overseas buyers and went all in, trying to get buyers for my house with different sales ideas. Eventually the house sold. If it wasn't for Asdaq and Yasemin putting in all the great work. I think it would be a lot harder to sell the house. Brilliant and professional. I will definitely use them again.

They only found terrible flats for us and ever since have not stopped sending me spam emails regularly - despite multiple requests to take me off their list.

Not worth spending the time engaging with them.

Horrible people. won't stop calling. ignore the do not call list. I need to call the FBI. They seem to be using undocumented aliens.

As a landlord, I would not recommend this company. They / their tenant have trashed the property, refusing to give it back and paying £1400, instead of £2000+ that is the rate in the area.

They do repeat repairs on the same repair they charge landlord for, instead of recalling their workmen to remedy a bad repair job / do a good repair 1st time round.

Landlords avoid this estate agents at all costs. I am now fighting to get my property off their hands. You have been warned.

Asked to sign multiple contracts (4) & no explanation (until I asked) as to what amendments there were that would mean new contracts were needed.
Also logged a Fixflo issue with details, one week later asked for details having already sent them, so still waiting for issue to be sorted.

I am a neighbour of a property that has been let through Homefinders. The tenant sounds like a domestic abuser, shouting and screaming at a female in the early hours of the morning. It's notable, reading the reviews that the tenants and former employees all give this a VERY bad rating. Landlords are in favour ... of course.

During our time renting, we often felt judged by Home Finders, particularly during the mandatory home visits every three months. This was especially frustrating as young renters. There was also frequent miscommunication and misinformation, including being misled about parking availability at the property.

After vacating the property in early December, it took two weeks to receive the checkout report. Yet, within 24 hours of receiving it, we were bombarded with an urgent follow-up email pressuring us to respond. This urgency felt unnecessary, especially since we later learned the landlord was unavailable for the holidays. To date, we still haven't received a resolution about our deposit.

The checkout charges were absurd. For example, they demanded £200 for a "wear and tear" stain on the carpet, despite us using the same professional carpet cleaner they recommended when we moved in. It’s hard to believe the carpets were cleaned as promised, given the charges levied against us.

When I raised these concerns with our property manager, Hayley, I was met with an indifferent, unhelpful attitude that left me feeling dismissed. While we expected some delays due to the holidays, it’s been nearly a month, and the only updates we’ve received have come from us chasing them—Home Finders has not once initiated contact.

Had they simply informed us that the landlord would be unavailable until after the New Year, we could have managed our expectations. Instead, we’ve been left in the dark, with no clarity or support.

In summary, my experience with Home Finders has been incredibly poor. I would never rent through them again, and I now actively avoid their listings. The hassle and stress simply aren’t worth it.

This company is spam. Block their calls. Mine came from 610-881-6346.

Asdaq is a very professional,kind,and understands individual customer needs and knows how to make a family happy and secured in their accommodations provided by him.Asdaq has expertise to manage in his underpressure times and eventually carries out his job elegantly.

Constantly getting requests to see if we are selling!!! NOT selling. Home is not on the market, never has been in over 25 years. Next time I will tell them if they pay me 10 million in cash. Otherwise buzz off!!!!! Hate scammers!!

I received a call from Homefinders to inquire about a piece of land that I own. The representative said that they were looking to buy in my area. After answering a bunch of questions to vet me as a "serious seller" (including asking me what I would do with the money after purchase), they told me that they would go as high as 30% less than what I paid for the property! After asking several times if I was hearing them correctly, they confirmed that I was. They even told me what I paid for the property, so there was no miscommunication.

The irony wasn't lost on me, as they we're asking me if I'm a serious seller, when they're not a serious buyer. Don't waste your time with them if they inquire about purchasing your property. It seems as though they're just trying to come in at their price (regardless to whether or not you take a loss in the deal) and hope that the owner is desperate enough to take their cash.

I have been with Homefinders over 20 years now. I have found them to be very honest, reliable and trustworthy. I’m a landlord and I have had a brilliant service from them. In particular gassan has provided a brilliant service and goes over n beyond to help. All the staff are professional and provide a good service. Leena is very helpful too. I would highly recommend them if you are a landlord.

During this time, it’s been an incredibly smooth process, with Homefinders managing to retain the same tenant throughout this entire period.
The rent was always paid promptly and I’d receive a text every month to confirm this-very efficient!
Furthermore, the staff have always been incredibly helpful, courteous and displayed professional behaviour throughout. I’d like to mention Gassan Ojjeh in particular, who has gone out of his to be helpful-and left a very positive and lasting impression of Homefinders-I will definitely recommend Homefinders to both landlords and tenants alike.
