I do not recommend the agency Homefinders …is not professional,they are…unprofessional,ignorant,disorganised,in our case it started with the fact that we will live behind the wall with the owners,the agency did not tell us this from the beginning hides this fact.We found out when receiving the keys,there were no separate meters in the house.We loaded the electricity with the key at the owner at home.So far I wonder how it was possible to hide this fact.We had a problem with the refund of the deposit,the owner says that we destroyed the tiles in the kitchen, they were from the beginning we had evidence of it in the form of photos on the day of moving in.Later we did not get the full amount for the overpayment for Rent.The agency is so unprofessional that it did not even know that for 2 years,the transfer for the Rent was different day because we moved in much later than signing the contract,delays in moving in!from the agency side…I had emails evidence for everything…We rented from them a 2 years, we took care of the Flat it was rented to us in a terrible condition…dirty.I lost a lot of my energy writing with them,to get your own money back.My advice to everyone who has already rented an flat or house with this agency,take pictures of everything…keep emails with them,record movies before moving in and after moving out.Stay away from this agency.Good luck to all who have been cheated.

Do not work with this agency! Yasemin Sehri trying a lot of manipulating thing not to return deposit. A lot of headache from the beginning.

I recently left as an employee at this disgraceful company having spent the best time of 6 months there as a negotiator. Thought it would be worth mentioning that they are : useless, unprofessional, rude, ignorant, abusive and quite frankly untrustworthy

Stay away at all costs whether you are a tenant, landlord or potential employee.

The emotional blackmail/abuse started from day 1 and once i was a little more senior in the company when a new employee came along, they became the 'next victim'.

Tenants are ripped off when it comes to the return of their deposits, landlords are overcharged for services they provide along with a service that should be questioned.

Stratford branch , estate agents keep harassing me with letters regarding property, ask them once to stop sending letters, nop they still do.
Im not sure if head office aware of this or whole company work this way.
Not suprised that they have only bad reviews.

I have found this company to be especially awful despite them being in an industry notorious for poor service, rogues and charlatans.
Outrageously demanding, impatient, dis-organised and unprofessional. I would avoid at all costs. As a prospective guarantor of a tenant, they demanded multiple proofs of ID and personal information - well beyond what is required to achieve high level security clearance in government. Can they be trusted with this volume of personal data? I'd suggest not. My bank warned me that meeting their requests would increase my chances of identity theft exponentially and advised me to reject their extraordinary requests for personal data.

Advertised my property for sale via another agent. Having never contacted this agency I then received multiple unsolicited letters from branch manager Asdaq Sayed to list with them.

Complete disregard for regulations!
