dovere segnalare l'esperienza a dir poco negativa con la piattaforma e-commerce i cui pagamenti vanno alla JOYFORNICE DESIGN, che si avvale al momento della seguente piattaforma helochic.com.
Un'esperienza che si ripete viste le recensioni di altri utenti. Gli articoli sponsorizzati su questa piattaforma non riguardano neanche lontanamente la merce che poi effettivamente viene consegnata inoltre sto ancora aspettando un articolo che risulta spedito, stando al numero di tracciamento ricevuto, l'11 Novembre. Per gli articoli arrivati ho fatto una richiesta di reso e non mi stupirei di scoprire che la destinazione si verso la Cina!
Per altri articoli, mai arrivati e mai spediti, ho appena fatto una richiesta di rimborso a paypal, unica garanzia effettiva per questo acquisto di 147.63€
Mi meraviglio che nessuno di noi utenti abbia fino ad ora cercato di porre fine a questi atteggiamenti scorretti denunciando tali attività all'autorità garante, cose che intendo fare io personalmente.
Mi auguro che questa recensione come le altre possa essere un monito per gli acquisti effettuati e pagati a questa società JOYFORNICE DESIGN.

I paid around £100 last year for what had been displayed and described as pure wool jumpers, cotton dresses and I also bought and paid for some quirky felt hats and some earrings.

The first parcel I received was a pair of cheap, tacky earrings worth around 10p. All of the other items were 'out of stock'. I complained and then a few weeks later received two, I can only describe as 'hideous' jumpers. They were 100% polyester and gross. Cheap and nasty, the sort of thing you would find in the £1 shop.

All the other items were out of stock. I emailed numerous times to complain and got nowhere. Fortunately PayPal were good and advised me to send the junk back, which I did at a cost of nearly £20 to send back to China (they were advertising as if they were a reputable US company) and I was then refunded in full.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. They are nothing short of thieves and cons.

I hope they are now banged up in some filthy Chinese jail for the criminal activity of fraud.

It's rare to find a company on trustpilot that has no 5* reviews but as you will see, this is the company not to deal with. Total pants.

Hi all, I too was scammed by this company !! I have already filed a compliant with Paypal. the BBB and the Florida Attorney General's office. I encourage everyone that has been scammed out of their hard earned money to do the same. I ordered $165.00 on worth of merchandise on 4/26/20 as of today 6/17/20 I have received NOTHING !! Also what kind of legit company doesn't have a customer service number ! I should of known better !! There are multiple companies for this scam as well. NoraNora, Rose cloth Joyfornice Design, Rosslini -The company is based out of the UK but there is a home address in CA. I am thinking about contacting an attorney to sue these criminals !!

Homegaden: STOP TELLING PEOPLE IT IS EASY TO RETURN FOR REFUND!! IT COSTS $70, TAKES 6 MONTHS AND YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE!!
Long story short: I received half of my order and it was poop. PayPal said I had to return it to China, so I paid $70 and sent it registered. Since a month went by and they did not sign for it, I did not get my $190.00 refund! Even though the rest of the crap order never showed up! I sent it to China in October 2019. Well TODAY ( May 5 2020) I got the package back because the b@$t@rd$ REFUSED THE PACKAGE!!!

Zero or minus stars! I ordered without reading the reviews, product arrived late and to say I was disappointed is an understatement! Gloves intricately designed and embroidered arrived looking like they had been made in a craft day at my local infant school. I was ashamed to give them as the gift intended, should have requested a refund but instead put them out of sight! Not to be trusted clearly and not to be recommended or used I would say.

J'ai perdu plus de 90€ : j'avais fait une commande en septembre, enthousiaste par le style proposé, style vintage anglais, et par le fait qu'on vous offrait un article si vous en commandiez 3 autres...j'ai donc fait mes achats pour Noël.
Je n'ai jamais reçu les articles à temps, après mails, relances, avec gentillesse puis colère, le premier est enfin arrivé début janvier, l'autre fin, le 3ème en février et j'attends toujours l'article offert : une étole qui faisait partie de mes cadeaux à faire, à défaut de Noël, je comptais alors pouvoir l'offrir pour l'anniversaire de notre fille en mars, mais toujours rien!
Rien n'était conforme, que cela soit la taille (j'en ai offert à une amie très fluette), la couleur, la qualité, la matière : on est bien loin des modèles des photos car tout ce que j'ai reçu est minable et cheap!
Si on veut les renvoyer, les frais de port sont à notre charge et pour l'Asie cela coûte plus cher que l'article...
Bref, on évite, fulminant face à cette anarque et on déconseille fortement!

Thieves, scammers, DO NOT BUY. I got a refund from paypal but had I been relying on homegaden I would be out of pocket. Their item photos are stolen from legit designers (wonder why they don't have heads on their website? Photos are cropped etc?)
I can't stress enough that this company should be investigated and shut down ***UPDATE*** See their reply below? It's a lie. I have been emailing them about my refund for MONTHS. Total scammers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Updated review: seller invited me to email them with order #, but I have emailed over 20 times throughout several months, still no refund. Updated to zero stars if possible. I have every email to this scam saved and can post if needed
original review: Wish I had seen these before I bought from them! I am in the same boat; they took so long I told them to cancel the order. Instead, they sent it very late and the quality was horrible. I mailed the items back and it has been months with no refund. Can't believe PayPal allows them to be a merchant...

I ordered 2 jumpers one plain grey oversized and one with fair isle style colour around the top. The grey one came reasonably quickly but was a very cheaply made, badly shaped and very thin (like t-shirt material) and the other wasn't even dispatched when I received this. I contacted Homegaden and they refunded me for the jumper that I hadn't received as I didn't want it but not for the one I received as I didn't want to spend more money on sending it back. Do not recommend. Waste of money and not what is advertised.

0 stjerner! Snyd og bedrag. Hoppede på et tilbud om at købe 3 og få den 4.ting gratis. Bestilte 3 dejlige strik trøjer og en dejlig strikkjole. Efter laaaang tid ankom den første pakke indeholdende en klam syntetisk bluse fra Kina, som var langt fra den lækre striktrøje billedet ellers viste. Jeg skrev og klagede over kvaliteten, samt de manglende 3 stykker tøj. Fik svar tilbage, at den striktrøje jeg skulle få gratis, desværre var udgået, og den kunne de jo ikke refundere, da den var gratis. Så gik yderligere en måned og jeg modtog så endnu et styk kinesisk syntetisk stof syet som en kjole, som absolut ikke svarede til den beskrivelse og det billede de havde vist på deres hjemmeside. Igen klagede jeg og fik besked om tålmodighed og vente Med retur til jeg havde modtaget den sidste trøje. Nu er der gået 5 mdr siden jeg afgav ordren og jeg har stadig kun modtaget 2 stykker tøj i elendig ubrugelig kvalitet. Jeg har forlangt mine penge retur, og nu siger de at der er å’et for lang tid, så de ikke kan refundere noget - og de responderer slet ikke på, at de kun har leveret 2 ud af 4 stykker tøj. Har stor lyst til at anmelde dem for svindel- men ved ikke hvor man gør det til. - MEN HOLD JER LANGT VÆK FRA DETTE SVINDELFIRMA.

Varning. Handla ALDRIG av detta företag. Inget av de beställda plaggen är stickade som de visades på hemsidan. Tryck på polyester tyg. Vidriga. Fick betala tullavgift på varje plagg mellan 80kr - 100kr.

Like so many others I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Again, the familiar story, the cardigan I received bore no relation whatsoever to the picture. The fabric was dreadful and the sizing way too small. It took me weeks of arguing to get my money back from the Credit card company but I was still out of pocket by £15 because I could not get a refund for the return postage.

Absolutely terrible service. This is a scam, the product is completely not what is described. no instructions to return apart from "email us"... do that and get ignored then finally get an answer when the return period is past, nicely telling you "too late sorry, but please contact us again if you need anything!"
esit following reply - trust me i have emailed your customer service to return, several time too and never had a reply until it was way too late to send the terrible stuff back!

Homegaden do not use their own photos of their products. Instead they use stolen images from artisans of far superior products. I tried to get a refund but would have had to pay £10 plus postage.

Homegaden fortjener INGEN stjerner, men det er ikke en mulighed.
Lod mig desværre snyde af de flotte billeder.
Bestilte varer for ca 800 danske kroner.
Pengene blev hævet fra min konto, straks jeg havde afsendt ordren.
Glædede mig til mine varer, som jeg ville modtage 3-5 hverdage fra bestillingen.
1 måned efter havde jeg stadig ikke modtaget noget. Nu startede en mail-udveksling.
Efter 2 måneder modtog jeg min første vare ud af 6. En lækker uld cardigan var blevet til en klam syntetisk fleese cardigan afsendt fra Kina. Efter endnu 1 måned modtog jeg endnu én syntetisk sweater, som efter billede og beskrivelse skulle være en lækker uld sweater.
Jeg mistænker Homegaden af kopiere billeder med modeller fra diverse strikkeopskrifter.
Efter mange mails har jeg nu opgivet at modtage mine flotte bestillinger. Og har bedt om mine penge retur.
Jeg fik 1/3 af mine penge retur.
Fanme et dyrt bekendtskab 😢

Would like to give -100 stars for this fraudulent company. Their website photos are stolen and in no way resemble the goods when and if they eventually arrive. Scammers. Avoid. How can we stop people like this from trading?

Please shut this company Down please. No Good. I have not received the order yet.I wish I had researched a little before ordering. This is nothing but something that is is not complete Legit. Shut Down Shut Down,,,
