Really easy to order . Very friendly helpful staff when I rang for an order update. The sofa bed was very good quality and a very reasonable price. I would definitely order form Home Garden Direct again.

I ordered 2 x large wall mirrors and one arrived broken. I sent photos of the broken mirror & very quickly received a response & a replacement was sent promptly. EXCELLENT customer service & communication. I will definitely use these guys again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My original product had some damage…
My original product had some damage however the online chat agent rectified this by sending a replacement drawer front to me, new one arrived, not perfect but better than before

Good quality and good value chairs.
Prompt delivery with a specific time slot.
Slight fault on one of the chair legs. Contacted customer service which was excellent and replacement leg sent promptly.
I would recommend and use again.

I ordered single sized sofa bed
I ordered single sized sofa bed. It arrived on time. It was easy to assemble, ie only need to attach the extra legs. It looks good as a chair and as a bed. The mattress may be too firm for some.

The units don’t align and the hinges…
The units don’t align and the hinges are pre drilled so there’s nothing you can do to adjust this. The item had chips so the quality isn’t good for the price you pay. The gold door hob I had one that was faulty as the inside screw was either too big or too small so the screw wouldn’t fit into the job. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this product. I didn’t want the hassle or returning it when it took forever to build.
