Beautiful green chairs
These chairs are strong and beautiful. Buying experience was easy. They arrived in two days which was brilliant. Luckily my husband is handy and put 16 legs on. The only thing was legs were pale and looked unfinished but husband varnished them to colour we needed to match table. Great experience.

Brilliant company
Ordered the Devon bedside table with 2 drawers and the Devon 2 door cabinet with drawers. Delivery was within 48 hours, which is incredible. The furniture is lovely, well built and easy to assemble. The customer service from home garden direct is exceptional. Communication from order to delivery is brilliant. There was a slight imperfection on a panel so I contacted them for a replacement which was no problem at all. Delivery of the panel again within 48 hours and Nick kept in touch until he knew I was happy with everything. I will definitely use home garden direct again, they're everything you want from a company. Easy 5 stars.

Easy transaction
Purchase 4 Dining Chairs arrived quickly, very easy to install and purchase price very reasonable and one small problem but this was rectified extremely quickly smooth transaction. Yes I would recommend.

5* customer service from Home Garden…
5* customer service from Home Garden Direct. I ordered a sofa bed, the delivery company caused issues and Nick from HGD went beyond what I would EVER expect from a company to organise delivery and liaise with the delivery company. Every time I had a query it would be answered straight away, even having an issue with the delivered sofa bed - again - sorted out very professionally and in a timely manner. Quite often ordering online can be stressful, but because of the after sales service, this purchase hasn't been any where near as stressful as it no doubt would have been with any other company. I am MORE THAN impressed with the way HGD look after their customers, before and after placing an order. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Excellent customer service if any issues
My mirror arrived with a crack in the frame which wasn’t ideal but thanks to their excellent customer service this was resolved extremely quickly and with genuine care throughout. Thank you Nick and Home Garden Direct! I wouldn’t hesitate to order in the future.

Dining chairs
It can be hit and miss buying seating on the internet but the chairs I ordered were really lovely, very comfortable, good quality and a beautiful colour. Delivery was extremely quick and although they were self assembly it was very straightforward.

I ordered a garden set quite a few years ago and over the years they have been so helpful and accommodating from replacement glass when it fell over in the storms to replacement cushions years on. One of the best companies I have ordered from.

Great experience using Home Garden Direct. Chest of drawers arrived really quickly and communication from the delivery drivers was really good. There was a slight imperfection on one of the drawer fronts but customer service support was amazing and I had a brand new piece delivered within a couple of days. Never used this company before but will definitely use again. Item is great quality and exactly as described

Amazing price and decent quality!
Love our new sofa-bed. Very reasonably priced and works very well! Great for an occasional bed…..very firm but perfect for a night or two. Love it!
