I received excellent service from Homeguard. The replacement washing machine was in place so quickly that that was no worry that laundry would pile up and cause me difficulty. The new machine is similar to the old one but with new improved features. Value for money was excellent. I would recommend Homeguard to anyone, but particularly to the elderly like myself.

When my Mum' s washing machine broke down one weekend in October I contacted Homeguard on the Monday morning to report it. I was answered swiftly and politely - I provided details of the washing machine make and model. I was contacted back later that day to to be told that model is no longer in service & I would be informed of which newer models she could have. The next day I was given an option of 2 machines we could choose & also the cost of each one . I was asked to review both models on the Internet (which I did using mobile phone ). Later that day I contacted Homeguard to tell them our decision. A few minutes later they confirmed date of installation ( 2 days after that call) & how much we had to pay for installation & removal of old machine - I paid for this by card in that conversation.
It is the first time I have had to use Homeguard services but we are very pleased with the service & definitely recommend them

I would just like to say that i would recamend Homeguard to anybody.
I telephoned Monday morning they phoned me Monday afternoon
and by Tuesday it was all sorted it was wrote of and i had a new one
by Friday. I have never had this service from any insurance before
and the young lady i spoke to was really helpful and polite thank you

Homeguard is very good at taking your money subbing you out to another company & then ignoring problems you have with appliances being delivered or not as the case may be.
