Save your money

Save your money. I ordered two blankets in February. I got one, but still waiting for the other. I have a tracking number and the sending company says there are restrictions getting it to Israel. No updates. No recent responses from either the shipping company or HomeLoft. I thought I was dealing with an Israeli company. I feel scammed. I wish I could get a retund. I paid with an Israeli debit card so have no recourse to get my money back. $220+ gone....I am hoping the company will see this complaint and expedite a solution.

Not the original part

The item arrived later than mentioned and isn’t the original part of the blender, which was not mentioned on the item page, nor doesn’t function as good as the original…

Home loft sends me a 115v coffee machine to a 220v country

I ordered a coffee machine and it came to Israel. Had to go and pick it up at the post office. Carried it home, opened it and I'm shocked to see its 115v volt. I contact Home loft They tell me to go and buy a huge bulky transformer. No thank you! Return postage cost me $118 but they say they reimburse only up to 87.51shekel
This was today. Let's see what happens
Today Tuesday April 1 Homeloft has informed me that they will refund me 175 Israel shekel for postage.So because of their mistake I lose $70.
Finally April 12, Homeloft refunded $44 for postage despite my cost of $118.
So I lose $74 because of Homeloft’s mistake.
Ordering from Home loft was frustrating annoying, and caused me financial loss.

If I could give zero stars - Scam Feeders

If I could give zero stars I would. This company uses your information to give to scammers who claim that your package needs custom clearance. They fool you through using the tracking information from Homeloft. Not only did I not receive my package but the scammers tried to scam. This is a fraud!!! Do not do any business. Really they need to be investigated!!!

A terrible experience purchasing a…

A terrible experience purchasing a queen size bed and a queen size duvet cover. The bed arrived 3 months late and was missing the slats and the screws. Only the head board arrived. The duvet arrived in wrong colour. Home Loft refused to refund the money or replace the bed and duvet and told me to buy my own screws and slats if I wanted to put the bed together. We ended up paying $3k for a bed and duvet that we can’t use. Don’t buy anything from Home Loft. Absolutely the word company and absolute shysters.

They will lose or sell your info to scammers

They either have the worst security of any legit site I've ever purchased from, or purposefully sell customer info to scammers. As soon as I placed the order, I immediately started getting a large amount of extremely convincing phishing email pretending to be from HomeLoft with links to things like fake DHL sites asking for credit card info to pay for customs. These emails had my full name and address and were pretending to be from HomeLoft, so it is clear they got my info directly from HomeLoft one way or another.

They get 2 stars instead of 1 because I did, in fact, get the item I ordered. That's the only good thing I can say about them.

I placed an order for some specialty drill bits which popped up in an online ad. After I received confirmation of the purchase I started to receive 'shipping notices' that looked like DHL, but had return address to a health and wellness website in France, or from individuals which were clearly not Homeloft or DHL shipping. Wrote to homeloft and my concerns about their computer security were brushed aside. Purchase eventually arrived via Israel Post. Be very cautious as some of the shipping notices requests payment of 'duties' or 'import taxes' and were clearly phishing for credit card info.
