Ordered water filter for my mother.

Delivery was broken on arrival in 2 different places. And they refuse to fix it even when Swedish law states 3 year return for broken goods.

Even when delay happened you supported immediately and speed up delivery. So we managed to receive everything just on Christmas Eve to set up our bedroom finally. Thank you!

An excellent knive. We replaced the original knive we have had for approx 20 years. The only downside after ordering it, was that we had to pay custom charges, to clear customs. Apart from that, every household should have this knive

They sell products that cannot be used in EU and then they try to convince you to buy an adaptor. If you say know, they are asking at least 3-4 times if you want to get your money back. Very very annoying, refund is a very easy word to understand. Still money did not arrive back.
