Good quality paper towel holder

Love the quality of this product, it's nice and heavy and the best paper towel holder I've found. Easy ordering process with good updates as to where it was and when it would be delivered. Will definitely shop at HomeLoft again!

First time customer

The linen is absolutely gorgeous but it took a while to arrive. I thought Homeloft were in Auckland, New Zealand, but the product came from the USA.

Don't trust the negative comments!

That I had concerns initially based off negative reviews I read but I was contacted by the company and reassured things have improved. I was grateful for them reaching out. Item arrived fairly quickly after that and was exactly as ordered.

Was all good.

I had checked the website so new it was off shore and not NZ based company. I therefore assumed it was going to take time, which it did, a month nearly. Product was what I wanted and I had a quick response when tracking number did not work. So all good.

God i wish I had checked this site before ordering. Been well over a month now, they have no intention of delivering, total scammers.

Fraud website, disgusting customer service

Fraud and with such poor customer service. This American company has a nz addresss- homeloft.co.nz and they provide a nz postal address for contact, no idea why. They advertise products that do not work in NZ - for example all of their electrical products require US supply, not compatible with nz. Only after you order do you find out their are American company with useless UK email address. They are asking me to PAY to send the product back to America - it’s a large product that weights 9kg. They offer to pay first $37 and say they can not send me a postage label! It took 5 weeks to arrive. This company is dishonest, misleading and intentionally leave product requirements out- because if you knew you wouldn’t buy from them!

Pricing was truly a guide to misguide real reasoning because it's fooling the customer into thinking it's NZ base Company shipping is Subtract blinking icon but actually all products are made different countries that can easily be you're last straw

If I could give zero stars I would.

Update on previous-
1. I have received full refund on payment for the cutlery set.
2.I have received partial refund on cost of sending back the wrong item sent to me. I spent NZ$118 & received approx NZ$40 refund. So- out of pocket by +/-NZD 80 for their error!.
This refund was send via India.

I do believe that Homeloft NZ is a dubious company. Do they send incorrect items in the hope you'll keep them because you can't be bothered with cost of return?
Despite me being advised that the original item I had ordered was "not available", it still remains on their website- & strangely- for over double the price now!!! What is going on??

If I could give zero stars I would.
This is NOT a NZ based company. Holding company in USA.
Ordered an item- cutlery set- wrong item arrived ( MUCH cheaper product, not same brand). I had to pay to return it & am in process of (hopefully) getting a refund but won't hold my breath. Feels like I've been scammed.

Not a NZ company

I ordered a week ago from what purports to be a NZ company for that very reason. I expected it to be at least despatched by now. These people offer an 0800 phone number, which is never answered. So I had to make do with enquiring online via a bot. I discovered my order is coming from the US and will arrive no later than 28th June! I used rather a lot of CAPITAL LETTERS and the words CANCEL, REFUND and NOW, and after offers including a 10% refund, vouchers worth 120% of the purchase price, the bot agreed to refund my money, into my credit card account in 3-5 days. Being a retired banker, (yes, even we can't always avoid charlatans and shysters), I'll be using my contacts and keeping my eye carefully on my credit card balance. I'll update my review to a couple of stars once the refund is made.

Edit. Have added a further star as refund has now been made. Will not reccommend this company however.

A cautionary tale

Rice cooker bought from Homeloft.nz site came with US power cord. I queried. Homeloft informed me "Products with electrical plugs are designed for use in the US. Outlets and voltage differ internationally and this product may require an adapter or converter for use in your destination." There was nothing to indicate this on the website. Cost of step down transformer is $$$. So is cost of returning product to USA for refund. Product not properly described and not fit for purpose in NZ.

As stated by others this is a fake New…

As stated by others this is a fake New Zealand website for a company based who knows where? I placed an order for a replacement part for a Fridge as I assumed being a .co.nz website it was 240V .. At the same time I realised they were an overseas supplier and questioned the voltage of the part which they confirmed was 115 volts but their team said it would work no problem!! No amount of logical argument was met properly... In the process I strongly suspected the communication is AI generated by Bots. There is no other explanation for continual offering of other forms of refund etc ignoring the voltage issue and saying it will work after "talking to their team"
I eventually got a full refund
