I ordered a piece to test first. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I spoke to a representative about what I wanted to order because I didn't see everything I needed on the site. She was very helpful and I was able to order a sectional exactly how I wanted it. I received the additional nine pieces rather quickly and had almost everything assembled the evening it arrived. Loving the color, comfort and durability. The puppy has claimed her spot already. Any issues I had were handled promptly and professionally. Very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommend.
Prior to ordering the test piece I shopped and priced sectionals in my local area. The quality, value and selections of Home Reserve greatly surpassed anything locally available. Very happy with my decision.

They are a company of their word...
My wife and I decided that we we're interested in their sectionals. We ordered one of the armless chairs with the 60-day return policy. While we decided against getting a sectional at this time, Home Reserve honored their 60-day return policy and it was seamless. This is hard to find these days and it is encouraging that they stuck to their word. I received a full refund. We definitely will consider them in the future.

Navigating website is difficult
Navigating website is difficult. We were trying to add a piece to our existing sofa. It should be made clear that the one we had had been discontinued. Having to pay return shipping to return an item that was unusable is not good customer service. We will not shop with home reserve again.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced while navigating our site and trying to add to your existing sofa-that’s not the experience we want for our customers.
For additional context, we kept this style in our line for over 20 years, and while certain configurations have since been discontinued, the underlying frame itself has remained the same. We also make every effort to continue servicing discontinued styles with replacement cushions for at least three years after discontinuation. The good news is that this means many sectionals can still be updated or refreshed over time with compatible arms, backs, or pillow styles.
That said, we hear your feedback around clearer communication and ease of navigation, and we’ve shared this directly with our team as we continue improving the experience.

Spend more and get a different brand
We have had the sofa and ottoman for over a year now. We wish we would have bought a higher end brand because you never actually use the inside because of the splinters and lack of hinges, which make it hard to ever get it. If you have kids, the splinters from the pressed wood are always falling off and getting into the kids' feet.

We had some issues
We had some issues - got the wrong piece. But customer service was really great. They made it right and got us our new piece quickly. These couches aren’t for the faint of heart, but the instructions even met my engineer husband’s approval. Now we are enjoying our American made sustainably designed comfy couch!

High Quality, Thoughtfully Designed
Home Reserve has thought of EVERYTHING I need in a sectional. Solid frame. Washable upholstery - not just some of it. ALL of the upholstery can be removed and washed. It's comfortable - and it looks good in my space. Assembly? Thoughtfully planned. I'm going to enjoy this furniture for years.

Eventually, I have the sectional of my dreams
It took several shipments to get the first two pieces complete. When I decided to add a corner piece, it came quickly and was complete. The fabric is a bit saggy on the frame but the cushions cover it up!

Purchased 7 more deep sectional pieces…
Purchased 7 more deep sectional pieces including two corners after testing and liking the 60 day trial piece. I worked with customer service to get the end caps I wanted instead of arms. They were lovely to work with and helpful. After they arrived, I opened all the boxes and let the wood off-gas in the garage for a day or two before bringing it all inside. It was carefully crafted, labeled, and packaged. Instructions and pictures were easy to follow. Everything fit together perfectly and colors matched the previous test piece exactly. We love the feel of the plush seat cushions and having seating that fits our space exactly how we want to utilize it! Home Reserve is truly the best solution to every growing/changing family's need for furniture that can change as your life changes! I love it and recommend it to anyone!

The modular sofa is awesome and moderately easy to put together. Communication was inadequate and complicated by forced use of Shop app even though the transaction was through the Home Reserve website.

I've had my sectional for a year
I've had my sectional for a year, but when it eas time to add a section, it was easy and looks great.
I just wish that HR would offer a recliner option! It's the only option that is missing in the lineup.

Perfect for “Real” Families
I bought this couch as a present for my daughter and her 2 young kids. It is a beautiful addition to their home and she doesn’t need to worry about the kids and dog on the couch. They eat, watch tv, do gymnastics and whatever else, and it handles it all with grace. Thank you for a quality product that holds up to “real” families.

The replacement covers fit perfectly and I love the fabric - Archetype Quartz. The turn around time was less than 2 weeks. The actual frame work of the chair/sofa is still solid after 5 years of wear and tear. Really like the ability to change out all the covers.

Warranty Holds Up to 5 Boys!
Our sectional holds up fairly well with 5 boys--and the couple times a piece has broken, Home Reserve is SOOOO quick to send a replacement!

Assembly instructions did not match material labeling. Disassembly and return were easy. We ended up returning because the Couch was comfortable, but back was much too short

Tested chair and returned it
I ordered the test chair and in general I was very pleased with it. But honestly, we’re in our 60s… this is more of a system I would have bought when I was younger. That said, the return was super easy and quick! The customer service is superb!
I’m sorry, this didn’t work out for us.
