Multi year experiences
Got the couch several years ago and several places the screwed were really hard to put in (maybe 2 or 3 out of the entire couch) one of the corners broke off because of the lose screw but the seat is still impressively sturdy. 4 stars because it’s prone so splinter when I was trying to fix it. I had to replace some cousins (cat scratch damage) and the wood underneath held up well. Very comfortable and I’ve rearranged it several times due to moves so it was totally worth it. I get lots of compliments and it really is stain proof (2 toddlers with milk and cheese puff approved)

Every once in a while a piece of the frame breaks. I email home reserve and they ship the piece right out. I get it in a couple of days. I have had my sectional for close to 10 years. It still looks awesome after having many kids jump on it, our dog slept on it for 7 years. Through all that it still doing great! A real good value and great customer service!

I love my sectional
I love my sectional. It is very comfy and durable. It is also very adaptable. I can set it up in a number of configurations. I am thinking about getting different covers so I can change the look. The storage under the seats and in the ottomans is an added bonus. You really can't go wrong with Home Reserve.

Customer service was great, installation was terrible
Customer service was great. The order did take longer to ship than quoted. My issue is with the installation on the new covers. This was the third time we have changed the covers on our couch. We have NEVER had the issues of getting the fabric to stretch over the frame as we did with the new Maltese Flax fabric. This was especially true in trying to get the covers over the end arm pieces and seat fronts. On the arms we had to sand down the edges of the frame to get the fabric over the pad and wood and use a wedge to to help us pull the fabric. It took two of us pulling on it to finally get them on. We actually got so frustrated at one point we considered returning the covers. The covers for these two areas need to be adjusted in size, especially with material with little to no stretch.

1Unsatisfied Return Customer
1. I was not able to call and speak with a rep and had to communicate through email until I asked for a call back. This is NOT good customer service.
2. This is the second order, IN A ROW, that my order was incomplete.
3. The prices are getting ridiculous.
These 3 factors have made the decision for me that I will look elswhere when buying new furniture.

We’re a small, Indiana-based team and operate on a voicemail and callback system. We know that’s frustrating when you want a quick answer, and we appreciate your patience.
We also understand the disappointment of receiving an order that is missing something you needed. About a year ago, we had a design update on our ottoman covers to make the fabric cover process easier by putting the velcro directly on the frame vs. using it to attach fabric to fabric. Your most recent order was missing a conversion kit that should have been caught and included by our team - that was our oversight, and we apologize. We know that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience.
On pricing, it’s not something we change lightly - we absorb rising costs as long as we can before passing anything along to our customers.
We’d love the chance to earn your trust back, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Amazing Customer Service, Subpar Product
The customer service for Home Reserve is second to none. However, the product is lacking. It is a particle board couch that needs to be built by the customer, but it's priced like an easy build full wood frame couch. The cushions themselves should have some protection under the cover but don't, so I also fear longevity there. Fortunately the trial exists, because we would never buy this couch. This would be a 1-2 start review without the phenomenal customer support.

We’re intentional about our materials and design - we use OSB because it’s comparable in strength to plywood, more sustainable, and keeps prices more affordable - but we understand it’s not the right fit for everyone.
On cushion longevity, our most popular covers are stain-resistant and machine washable, and if anything ever happens to an individual cushion or pillow, replacements start at just $50.
We’re glad the trial gave you a risk-free way to decide, and we hope you find the perfect couch for your space!

Ordered a seat 4/12/26 rcvd 5/7/26
rcvd apology for delay and 5/5 email saying it shipped 5/4. rcvd 5/7 and set it up. Easy build.
Ordered a seat 4/12/26 #×4375. 2/27/26 I asked for an update and was told it was scheduled to ship the next day 2/38/26. To date no tracking info to indicate it has move as of 9:24 eastern time 5/5/26. Delays are a part of reality, information as to where an order is week 2, week 2, shipped etc would be helpful.

So happy with our new retriever Sea…
So happy with our new retriever Sea couch covers! I was able to wipe up smeared raspberries using just a damp paper towel. My cats don’t scratch the fabric at all and it’s SOOO easy to remove pet hair compared to the Maltese fabric we had previously.
