No hard sell just good solid advice. Would definitely use the Mathew's services

Matthews advice was excellent. We have had a long sale process of our property (ongoing) and I am totally fed up with it. I looked into the prospect of a quick cash sale to bring it to a conclusion. But after talking with Mathew and hearing his sound advice, he made me realise that a cash sale would not be in our interest. Thanks for putting my mind at ease.

Matthew offered a really helpful - and free - review of our lagging sale issues. It was reassuring to have an expert view, and that helped identify a new plan that should take us froward to the offer we need.

We spoke to Matthew after the buyer of our parent's property obtained a worrying survey and dropped out of the sale. We spoke through the options over three phone calls and Matthew recommended a way forward which we feel confident is the correct route.
