I took longer together a scheduled and problems made worse.
It took longer to receive a scheduled appointment callback. Company they used (which I truly give high ratings: Best Care) actually left me with no air at all stating he couldn’t get the unit to come back on. Therefore, my grandchildren and I are sitting in a house that registers high 80s-mid 90s degrees in the house with no relief. He stated he don’t know why he couldn’t get unit back on.

Overall pleased, just wished service could've been faster.
Overall pleased, communications and service appts. from subs could've been faster since my situation was dyer as every rain storm meant my basement flooded. Called for help on July 25th and sump pump replaced on Aug. 6th after 2 more heavy rain storms and basement floodings.

I contacted Home Serve and I'll be honest, I had little hope of help. My email was quickly answered and before I knew it, they'd contacted a provider and arranged for them to come to me for an estimate of the required work. Only a few days later I was contacted again to let me know the project had been approved. This has been such a wonderful experience.
