Hi Claire,
I am so sorry that your order has not been dispatched yet. I would have really appreciated it if had contacted me first regarding any issues with your order, before leaving a review.
I have been on my family holiday this week, and as a small business, do not have any staff to pack orders in my absence.
This was displayed on the website to explain that there would be a delay in dispatch, and give information regarding dispatch dates.
I really hope that you are happy with your order when it arrives. Please don't hesitate to contact me via the website if you have any other issues.
Hannah
