Everyone I spoke to was polite, clear, knowledgeable and helpful. Although I decided in the end it wasn't for me, I can't fault Homewise for their customer service, especially George Brodie. George was brilliant and very understanding of my circumstances. Everyone was easy to talk to and there were no surprises!

If I could give zero I would.
Selling my home was a nightmare because the buyer used HomeWise to help with funding. Their relaxed attitude is a problem and they are not transparent in communication. They were so slow they lost my purchaser two first-time buyers HomeWise then suggested a we buy any home company. This group wanted the buyer to drop their price by £25,000 pounds. They also asked me to cut my price by £19,000 pounds to make the figures work. I refused and the deal collapsed. I wasted nine months. I will not accept any buyer using HomeWise when I relist my house. They are hopeless you have been warned. To Homewise try talking to your employee Hannah she dealt with the purchase your end. My estate agent was Miller Countrywide.

Im sorry multiple buyers and sellers what are you talking about. There was my buyer who was using yourselves to help fund and you lost them two first time buyers due to your slow processes. I had a vacant property to move into everyone was waiting on you lot. Multiple buyers really. You couldn't get a smaller chain. Face the truth you are slow and hopeless. Your customer hasn't chosen another property they have come off the market as the experience was so traumatic for them. Your just making up stuff. And I spoke with other estate agents in my area and they all said anything to do with Homewise will end badly. And it did. At least my solicitors have some LFE and will advise their clients of this experience if they are unfortunate to be involved with you comedians.

A VENDOR BY THE NAME OF "SQUARE ONE ENTERTAINMENT" ACCEPTED MY CREDIT CARD THAT MY NOW EX STOLE FROM ME WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL & PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS BUSINESS. I LITERALLY BEGGED THIS INDIVIDUAL TO ASSIST ME & ALL I GOT WAS SARCASM, DISRESPECTED & INTERIGATED. THIS VENDOR ADAMANTLY REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY & TOLD ME "TO GO ASK MY EX TO PAY ME BACK"!!! THIS VENDOR IS VILE & THIS ISN'T THE FIRST VENDOR ON SHOPIFY I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH. SHOPIFY ITSELF IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT GETTING YOUR MONEY FOR OVERPRICED FALSELY ADVERTISED PRODUCTS. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE # & THEY MAKE IT SO HARD TO NAVIGATE ON THEIR SITE IN HOPES THAT YOU WILL GET FRUSTRATED & JUST GIVE UP & ALLOW THEM TO ROB YOU. OVER $200 FRAUDULENTLY, COMPLETELY UNAUTHORIZED BY MYSELF ON MY CARD & THEY WILL DO "NOTHING"... DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. IF YOU DO I GUARANTEE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Very helpful conversation, Clearly explained our options and gave us time to voice our concerns/queries.

We wanted to move closer to our son and daughter-in-law, we have lived in the same house for 41 years and at 74 and 82 this was a huge decision to make. Houses are more expensive in the area they live and with our savings depleted we wanted to see how we could achieve this and raise some equity.
Having researched Homewise and the benefits of a lifetime mortgage we discussed with our son and agreed this could be an option to explore.
Firstly we visited Homewise offices in Worthing and met with Sam Stevens the Customer Account Manager. From the outset he made us feel at ease and clearly explained explained how Homewise could help us achieve our house move. From thereon Sam has been so supportive and been available at the end of the phone when needed. Despite asking so many questions and wanting reassurance on different aspects he made the process seamless.
With our current house sold and the offer on the new house accepted. We are now progressing to the next stage with confidence that Sam and his team will be there supporting us until we move in.

When you reach your mature years and you are on your own, house buying is a scary minefield.
However, it has been a revelation and positive experience purchasing my next property with Homewise.
Everything is explained with knowledge and patience by the staff member who is assigned to your case. The financial side of the transaction is a transparent exercise and all the options are made clear from the outset.

What a wonderful idea this is.
Homewise have found a way to fill a gap in the housing market, a way for people later in life to upgrade their style of living without being involved in a repayment system and they are very helpful and patient, it’s a great idea and a way forwards, yet so few people or agents are oblivious to it’s existence.

Homewise have been excellent in guiding us through the stages so far with purchasing of a new home. Right from the beginning everything has been thoroughly explained to us by very knowledgeable and extremely experienced staff. Grateful for their guidance and a pleasure to deal with.

Your agent Gary Moore is very well informed and was both polite and courteous when dealing with my recent telephone enquiry.He confirmed to me that certain estate agents in my area(including 'Wards') are marketing "Homewise' properties erroneously insofar as them not meeting the minimum 'Homewise' lease requirement of 90 years duration.

I would recommend Homewise to anyone buying property (aged 60 & over) Rhonda and Simi went above and beyond in helping me find and secure my first ever home for life.
They made it stress free all I had to was view the properties I liked, and they did the rest for me.

We purchased a home through Homewise not a great experience. Now my husband health is declining, lf things change l could not afford to live in two bed detached house on my own, l would need to move to a one bed flat or similar in a different area, as the house price in my current location are above average.
But did l some research to ask online if the difference in price of a another property possibly around a hundred thousand , would l be entitled to the difference left from the move, no you would not , l don’t know how ? but can that be possible where does it go 🤔. If you’re thinking of buying make sure it going to be your last because you have to pay all the usual costs involved in moving.
