Hello we were confused upon receiving this feedback as the vast majority of our deliveries are completed within 3-5 working days as advetised.
Upon further inspection we can see that previous attempts to deliver this week have been met with no replies. Monday was then offered which again was automatically declined as this delivery was not accepted.
Our staff constantly monitor all deliveries and as soon as this was noticed they have intervened. They have requested that delivery be moved to the next available day which is Tuesday 13th. This has now been confirmed with the customer and locked in.
Our website clearly states delivery will be 3-5 working days. If an item is required urgently our listings offer the option to receive sooner by contacting our sales team to arrange alternative courier or palletised delivery options.
This was processed as a standard order via our website and no contact was received to make special arrangements.
We work closely with our nationwide 2-person home delivery transport provider to offer a excellent and efficient delivery service.
Our staff are always available for telephone calls during office hours or our online chat service during evenings and weekends if you have any concerns regards a delivery.
We are happy are staff could help resolve the situation and avoid any further delays by intervening to arrange a next working day delivery.
