Koupil jsem si Homey Pro 2026 především kvůli sloučení aplikací do jedné. Výrobce zařízení měl Homey Pro 2026 podporovat. Nefunguje mi Sonoff,Velux,Tapo, Xiaomi. Naopak Philips Hue a Daikin Onecta jede bez problémů. Nehunguje mi ani originální ethernetový adaptér. Připojení mám přes Wi-Fi a mívám problém s občasným výpadkem spojením t mobilním telefonem. Jako další problém je pro mě absence českého jazyka.

Regarding Czech language support, we're continuously adding new supported languages and I will definitively try to get Czech added to the list.

I see you have contacted our support team in February regarding these issues and we were able to resolve most of them. However, because of the language support you still opted to return your Homey Pro for a full refund. This is of course completely within your right and we're sorry to see you go. I hope you'll give us another try once we implemented support for your language.

Fantastische apparaat – nu écht stabiel en eindeloos krachtig!

Ik heb de Homey Pro (2026) al een paar maanden in gebruik en ik ben echt superblij met dit ding.
In het begin had ik wel wat problemen met de wifi-verbinding. Af en toe viel hij eraf, best frustrerend, want ik wilde natuurlijk een betrouwbare basis voor mijn hele slimme huis.
Maar dat is helemaal opgelost zodra ik de officiële Ethernet-adapter erbij heb gehaald. Plug & play, kabel erin en sindsdien supers stabiel – geen enkele disconnect meer, zelfs niet bij intensief gebruik. Die adapter is echt een must-have als je een betrouwbare verbinding wilt, zeker met veel flows en Matter/Thread/Zigbee/Z-Wave apparaten tegelijk.
Wat mij het meest enthousiast maakt, zijn de integraties. Die werken gewoon écht goed. Of het nu Philips Hue, IKEA TRÅDFRI, Sonos, Somfy, Matter-apparaten, laadpaal, warmte- of energieverbruik, alles pakt het moeiteloos op. De app-overzichtelijkheid is top en updates komen regelmatig binnen zonder dat er iets breekt.
En dan de flows… wow. De mogelijkheden zijn werkelijk eindeloos. Van simpele “lamp aan bij beweging” tot super complexe automatiseringen met logica, timers, variabelen, HTTP-verzoeken, spraak en zelfs reacties op weer of energieprijzen – het kan bijna allemaal. Met de extra 4 GB RAM loopt alles soepel, zelfs met meer dan 100 apps en tientallen geavanceerde flows tegelijk. Geen haperingen, geen vertraging.
Kortom: na die initiële wifi-hobbels (opgelost met ethernet) is dit verreweg de beste centrale hub die ik ooit heb gehad. Lokaal, krachtig, toekomstbestendig en ontzettend leuk om mee te experimenteren.
Warm aanbevolen! 10/10 als je serieus met domotica bezig bent.

Fick problem med min Homey under garantitiden. Tibber där jag köpt den svarande inte på mail trots påstötningar under ca 5 veckor. Homey hjälpte mig så att de tog kontakt med Tibber, plötsligt hände allt på några timmar. Tog kontakt med mig o skickade retursedel och betalade tillbaka pengarna. Någon ny vara ville de inte skicka. Tack Homey för hjälpen. Hade dock gett 5 stjärnor om Homey hade löst garantifrågan direkt med mig utan att behöva gå via okontaktbara Tibber 2026

Al 7 jaar tevreden gebruiker, maar…

Al 7 jaar tevreden gebruiker, maar aangezien er op een support ticket geen reactie komt en de afgelopen 1,5 week een cruciale functie (dynamische energieprijzen) steeds uitvalt en Homey ondertussen ‘doodleuk’ een ‘hosanna’ mailing de deur uitdoet (zeer ongepast, met geen woord wordt gesproken over de technische problemen, enkel een melding, al dagenlang, op de site dat het probleem bekend is), vind ik het tijd om hier mijn ervaringen te delen. Jammer!

I have great fun

I have great fun, and use of the convenient, flexible and possibilities Homey offers for home automation. Nearly everything is possible, it seems. Currently I have had a problem with one of my Homey Pro's (early 2023). The support to be able to sort these things out have been tremendous. Currently I run a Homey Pro (2023) at my cabin, and a now (new) Homey Pro (2026) at home. Appreciate the possibilities and now also the support when something needs attention. Thanks !

Problem with installation solved

I had several problems with the installation and tried the different interfaces. The support desk helped me to find out that we had a DOA case. They were very helpfull to assembly and formulate the right information for the vendor.
All fine now.
Great support.

Der Homey Pro ist universell einsetzbar…

Der Homey Pro ist universell einsetzbar und nicht an einen Hersteller gebunden. Er unterstützt alle gängigen Formate. Man kann sehr komplexe Steuerungen für sein Smart Home erstellen, ohne programmieren zu müssen. Die Software wird ständig weiter entwickelt und es kommt immer noch weitere Hardware dazu, die unterstützt wird. Auch setzt Homey auf den neuen Matter Standar und ist damit für die Zukunft gerüstet.

I am very disappointed from Homey Pro…

I am very disappointed from Homey Pro (2026). I thought I would buy a system that supported a large number of devices, but I was wrong. It's an overpriced system that misleads users with false promises of 'plug and play' and stability. Homey uses applications to support various devices. There are some "official" closed-source apps that are supported by Athom and are updated very rarely. Most of my Aqara devices aren't supported, despite numerous requests to the support team. There is no integration for the Reolink doorbell, and many Tuya devices are also unsupported. Key features are missing and virtual devices rely on an unsupported app. I have a glowing, useless box in my living room.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your frustration when devices you expect to work are not yet supported, and we appreciate the direct feedback.

Device compatibility is something we are continuously expanding. Our platform grows through frequent app updates and new integrations. Reolink support is coming very soon, including the doorbell. The new Tuya app is already live and new devices are being added frequently. We are also actively working with Aqara on expanded product support so more of their devices will be supported going forward.

While not every device is available today, progress is ongoing and partner collaborations are a big part of that. Feedback like yours helps us prioritize what to add and improve next.

happy with my Homey Pro

I’m very happy with my Homey Pro from Athom. The device gives me the flexibility to create a large number of workflows, which really elevates my smart home setup. The support team is fast, attentive to customer needs, and always helpful in finding solutions.

Excellent product and excellent customer service

I had been wanting to take my basic smart home to the next level. So I bought the homey pro hub and was very impressed. It's easy to set up and easy enough for beginners to use but also advanced enough for experienced smart home users to make advanced flows.
As it's Matter compatible, there are 100's of devices what work with homey.
I did have a technical issue with the hub, but Homey were very quick to respond and got things going again. This gives me confidence in using Homey for the long term.
I highly recommend Homey.
