First time order from Hope & Ivy. I loved the dress but unfortunately not quite the right size for me. Team were great at sorting out my refund so a massive thanks to them. I will continue to order to find the sizes to fit me 😊

Ordered 3 dresses, all faulty.
However I received great customer service. Delivery time very quick. Messages responded to promptly and issued dealt with.

These are some of the most beautiful dresses, really good value for money! I had a few questions before purchasing and the customer service team were really helpful. Will definitely be coming back to buy a dress for my next event!

Bought 3 dresses for an overseas wedding and kept ‘The Xena ‘ for a bargain price (in the Sale) . Felt amazing to wear and had lots of compliments- I knew no other guests would have anything similar (from the usual high street brands).
There was a slight delay on refund with the 2 dresses returned ( caused by dhl I might add) but the owner and Shay were fantastic when I contacted them and the refund arrived asap thereafter. Looking forward to my next special event to buy from Hope and Ivy again.

Beautiful dress (odd sizing though) but absolutely horrendous customer service. I had to return the dress and despite countless emails, a message on Facebook and a post on their page I’m still waiting for a response. Two weeks later and no confirmation email to say the dress has been received and no refund. The contact number posted on here by Hope and Ivy is dead and another one I’ve found online goes straight to answer machine. Very disappointing and will not be buying from them again, especially as you still have my money and the returned dress!

I have only ordered from here once but based on that I love this company. I ordered two dresses, one of the dresses; unfortunately due to my pear shape and the style of the the dress, the size I ordered (usual 8) did not fit but was such a beautiful dress. Thankfully the other dress I ordered (in a size 10 as that was all that was available) fit so well and is such good quality material and well made. I wore it for a recent wedding abroad and got so many compliments. In sending the other dress back I had to contact Hope and Ivy as there was an issue with updates on my return to them via DPD. They handled my queries so well and refunded the amount almost immediately. I will definitely be ordering from here again I just need another invite to somewhere special enough to wear one :)

Bought from Hope & Ivy for the first time; absolutely loved the dress but I'd got in the wrong size, my fault. Subsequently order the correct size. Good communication and processing of the return. Had so many compliments on the dress, very delicate and pretty. Will definitely buy again. Thank you, Shay.

I ordered a few dresses which are beautiful and of good quality, and my order arrived promptly. I had a small issue with my order which was rectified really quickly and politely by Saffron - excellent customer service. Will definitely order again :)

Nice dresses but very weird sizes - size 14 to small but size 16 too big.
Very long process when comes to returns/refunds. You must be patient unfortunately and probably you would have to chase it.

Found a lovely dress as I ordered a good few to try. Kept 2 and returned the ones I never wanted….. still waiting refund it has been signed for and tracking but they still mess about with a refund over £190…. That’s £190 I would be spending on my kids new school uniforms. Ethically it’s disgusting the fact this seems to be the case for so many. Horrendous company to get hold of wait for email reply’s for days! Shocking…. If your going to buy from them don’t buy direct buy through asos or other stockists …. If your ok with the fact they have a track record of not processing refunds or telling people it’s out of their hands… I’m going to get in touch with the consumer watchdog as it’s disgusting.

I now own two dresses from Hope & Ivy (the mila and the Annalise), both really pretty.
I bought one size bigger than the mila when buying the Annalise, due to the satin fabric, which turned out perfectly.
I ordered my dress monday, and it arrived wedensday morning. All taxes paid as promised. Only downside is the cost of delivery which is a bit steep if you need to return something. Overall very happy!

Absolutely love my dress! Bought for a wedding and received so many compliments on it. Excellent service and quick delivery - I will definitely be buying from here again!!

Beautiful dress but had to send it back as it was far too long, my complaint is their refund procedure it takes far too long to get your money back and also frustrating as you cannot speak to anyone, this has put me off ordering from them again unfortunately

I am a fan of Hope & Ivy dresses they are truly beautiful and well constructed and made. On the rare occasion there are any issues the customer service team is excellent! Thanks Saffron and all at Hope & Ivy.

These ladies were amazing. My Fiancé's bridesmaids ordered dressed from Hope and Ivy for our wedding this summer. I was keen to find pocket squares that matched them but had no luck. I contacted Beth and the team and they posted the matching fabric so we could make the pocket squares saving us time and money. Excellent customer service. Thankyou!

After reading several reviews from recent hope and ivy customers, I had left a review that wasn't so positive, due to a mix up in communication over my items being dispatched.
I'm pleased to say this was all resolved in a speedy manner, I received my dresses and I'm very happy with the quality of them. Lesson learnt, not to just look at the bad reviews and assume the worst. I will be ordering again. Thanks heaps Saffron for responding so speadily and updating me.

I made an order with hope and ivy. I got an email on the 9th of June to say it was despatched. When there was no sign of the dress I emailed them to see it’s whereabouts. Long story short dhl said they never received it and hope and ivy didn’t know where it was either. On the 21st of June I received an email to say that It will be fully refunded. It’s the 3rd of July and no sign of my money. Emailed them again and they said that it was refunded and I should have had it within 5 working days. Needless to say I’m never ordering of this website again. This is an absolute disgrace. Reading the other reviews I can see that this is a trend with this company.

I was very happy with the service I received from Hope and Ivy but not the courier service. I did not receive my dresses. However Saffron from Hope and Ivy was very patient and efficient with me sorting out my issues with my email address and shipping address.
