I ordered one dress which was absolutley stunning but sadly did'nt suit me, I therefore ordered a different style and it's fabulous, so pretty and fits well. I have to say, the dresses are unique and beautifully made, could not recomend enough!

On the Wolf and Badger website, the Hope and Ivy dress I ordered, (the Harriet embellished flutter sleeve maxi wrap dress in hot pink), looked absolutely amazing. However, what arrived today in no way resembled the website images. Unfortunately, it looked cheap and the orange beading / embellishment looked like that cheap 1970s orange plastic used to make classroom chairs! Also, the sizing is off. Or at least it is with this dress. I comfortably wear a size 16 with all other brands I buy and own, but to be absolutely sure, I ordered size 18. Well, this was no size 18! It didn't fit at all across the bust. I measured it, and it was clearly inches smaller than the size 16 dresses that I have bought from other brands, (and I measured those, to compare with this dress). I am prepared to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe an incorrect size label was sewn in. However, I note a number of other reviews have also mentioned sizing issues. I am sad to say the overall quality of the dress was underwhelming, not worth the money paid and I'm afraid I wouldn't risk purchasing another item from this brand.

Honestly, I felt like a giant, pink 1970s artificial Christmas Tree decorated with plastic orange beads made from recycled primary school chairs! (I am 5ft 11). Also, it would be helpful if you offered extra long options for taller ladies as even if it had fitted, it could have done with being a couple of inches longer. Such a shame, as it looked lovely on the website, and I am committed to supporting / buying from independent brands/designers. Sadly, you won't be one of them.

I have just sent the dress back (same day I received it), by Royal Mail Tracked return, and am hoping for a prompt refund, as I have also read other reviews on here mentioning there have been refund issues from this brand.

I ordered a Hope and Ivy dress for a wedding but unfortunately it was out of stock. I contacted the customer service team and Bettina went above and beyond to help source the dress. I received so many compliments on the day, the dress is beautiful, excellent quality and very comfortable to wear. Thank you to the Hope and Ivy team.

I have been trawling the internet for some time now looking for an outfit for my daughter's wedding.
I came across the perfect dress. Hope and Ivy Everleigh. It's absolutely stunning and all my colours too. They didn't have my size so I took a gamble and ordered the size below. Unfortunately the gamble didn't pay off. I was so disappointed . I tried desperately to find one in my size on other sites. But to no avail. In desperation I emailed Hope and Ivy in case they received any returns my size.
Bettina was an absolute angel and went above and beyond to find me my dress.
I can't thank her enough.
The dress is beautiful, I shall definitely be buying more Hope and Ivy clothing.

I cannot rave about this company enough! I recently ordered two beautiful dresses from them. The shipping was surprisingly SO quick. Upon arrival, one of the dresses had been damaged. I reached out to Hope & Ivy who immediately responded and resolved the issue. I've never had such wonderful customer service. My second dress came and is absolutely perfect. I cannot wait to wear for Easter! I will definitely be shopping here in the future for all of my special occasions. Yours truly, your most loyal customer!

Amazing customer service, the dress I wanted didn't have my size available so I emailed to enquire if they would get more stock, I wished to have it for my brothers wedding. The lovely lady called Bettina was amazing and helped with this mission of mine. She found the dress on another site and sent the link. I managed to buy the dress which is amazing. Again great customer service would recommend 100%. Beautiful dresses and amazing team. Thanks again - made my day!

I am so excited to wear it to a wedding in March. Plus the delivery was very fast :)

Quick delivery and lovely materials. Only downside, the dresses are a very small fitting around the bust area. You need to go up a size or two. Dress fits everywhere else in normal size, be good if they reviewed the bust area as super small.

Customer Service has been fantastic - in particular Bettina has been extremely helpful. The cut and fabric quality is also high.

I ordered a dress from Hope and Ivy for the first time and the order was confirmed. I heard no more until 5 days later when I was informed that the dress I ordered was out of stock and my order had been cancelled. When I replied to say how disappointed I was, I was offered a 20% discount (with no details of how to avail of it) but I wouldn't order from here again as I am left without a dress for an upcoming event and can't risk another cancelled order and no dress. Not reliable, unfortunately.

I ordered the Pauline dress to wear to my wedding, and it was really beautiful and just what I was looking for! It is great quality and very elegant.
I ordered it in 2 sizes and needed to return one of the dresses, and had some issues and delays in doing so, but the customer service was amazing and I was able to return the item for a refund. Communication was quick and Bettina was so helpful.
I will definitely be looking to Hope&Ivy for any future outfit needs and would recommend the brand to anyone.

Terrible customer service, sizing was off, item arrived damaged, and they refused a refund.

I ordered two dresses for a wedding, thought there was a slight hitch with the order, the customer service was superb with prompt response and correcting the order (Thank you Bettina).
The wedding was at a rural venue and the dressed handled all day with plenty of dancing and keep looking great. I followed the washing instructions and it is ready for the next occasion.
The dressed were highly praised.
Since then I ordered some more and keep having a great experience. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been buying dresses from Hope & Ivy for years - for work, daily social wear and for my brother’s wedding. The customer service from the business is next to none (a rarity, unfortunately), and the garments are always consistent in sizing and of an extremely high quality. Hope & Ivy is always on my ‘recent searches’ and it always delivers - definitely
my favourite clothing brand by a country mile.

I just love the quality of the Molly dress - loved it so much I wore it as a reception dress at my wedding!!!

I wanted a relaxed informal wedding and dress that matched both my personality and my need to look elegant.
My dress from Hope & Ivy was fabulous, it fitted me like a live, showing off my curve shape without making me look fat! Everyone who attended the wedding said I looked stunning. Thankyou Hope & Ivy your clothes are FAB. I even bought and wore one of your dresses to our daughters wedding in 2021.

Finding a bridesmaid dress for a dozen girls was nerve-racking, but once we found Hope & Ivy all our stress disappeared. Not only was the dress flattering on twelve different bodies, they made no small effort to help us find out of stock sizes when we came up short online. Couldn't be more greatful to find a style that highlighted all my girls beauty and gave them the chance to comfortably and confidently dance the night away.

I find that a returns label is never included and its not easy to arrange a return, when you do return the item the process is extremely slow and at 2 weeks after it being shown as arrived back with them, have still not heard anything ,or received refund i have contacted them and they have said wait !
