Ich habe zwei Kleider bestellt, die Lieferung kam schnell! Allerdings musste ich sie zurückgeben, da sie nicht passten.
Leider gab es nicht, wie auf der Homepage angegeben, ein kostenloses Rücksendelabel, sodass ich die Kleider im Päckchen für 18€! Zurückschickte.
Nach über 4 Wochen bekam ich immer noch keine Gutschrift und kontaktierte Hope & Ivy per Mail. Der Kontakt war nett, aber helfen konnte man mir auch nicht. Es gibt wohl auch keine Möglichkeit, bei der englischen Post nachzufragen oder mal
In der nächsten Postfiliale nach dem Päckchen zu forschen. Auch ein Entgegenkommen bei der Bezahlung war nicht möglich, sodass ich jetzt die Kleider, obwohl ich sie für viel Geld zurückgeschickt habe, noch bezahlen muss!

I ordered a Hope & Ivy dress from ASOS. I paid £85. The first time I ordered the dress had a white stain on the chest so I returned it to ASOS and bought another. I wore the dress without a stain to a wedding, I washed my hands with soap and some water splashed on to the fabric and it stained it instantly. The fabric is so cheap and easily damaged for £85. I got one wear out of the dress. I've also commented this on multiple instagram posts to warn other potential customers but Hope&Ivy keep deleting the comment. I'd really avoid

I bought the Catalina and the Alluring dress and they are absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful material and stunning designs - I couldn't recommend enough!!

I had to send a dress back, that unfortunately, I was unable to track via DPD. Bettina was responsive to all of my queries, acted on my belhalf to liase with DPD and was able to provide a resolution very quickly. Excellent customer service

Quick to reply to queries and dispatch of items, got a gorgeous dress for a christening and had so many lovely comments on it. Can’t wait to find an opportunity to wear it again. Thank you to all

Unfortunately I didn't receive correct dresses, (mistakes happen!!), I dropped the team an email and my query was dealt with and a refund issued in a matter of days.

Absolutely love the dresses from here. Just had the Runa and it’s perfect! The detail on it with the beads is beautiful and the green is lovely for a wedding. Always quick to post and if something isn’t quite right the returns are easy and quick refunds too. Would highly recommend

Negatives: I wish I had ordered this from Next I have found the waiting time for refunds too long.
I have chased a couple of times and been told that both my returns from the 4th and 9th of May are to be refunded but only one has been refunded so far today. That's two weeks after it was received back at Hope & Ivy!
The £4 deduction for postage is an extra stung in the tail as I have paid it twice!!
Had I ordered from Next I wouldn't have been charged this and would have had my refund within 24 hours.
I have said I wouldn't order from them again due to this sadly.

Positives: That said, absolutely gorgeous dresses (this one was too long sadly).
Customer Service Team responsive to email.

I would not buy again from this company due to them ignoring my messages when I queried no refund. I am still waiting. I returned 2 dresses over 3 weeks ago. Why are they doing this to customers? It is a common theme with the reviews by their customers on here. They have the goods back in their warehouse and would then be able to resell them on but they then continue to hold on to customers money in their own bank account when they could just refund us. It is a really really poor service. Do they have cash flow issues why they are taking so long to refund customers? Very very poor service. Hopefully they will read the reviews on here and improve their customer service and customer experience and start refunding customers their money asap. It’s not right how they are treating customers and I am really not impressed. In future I will purchase from other companies who do not hold to my money when they have had the goods back for ages.

Beautiful dresses. The downfall is returning . Iv now waited 3 weeks for a refund and still nothing after emailing maybe 5 times. The dress I want is in stock But I’m now reluctant to buy again. Just had an email stating my refund will take another 10 days . That’s from returning it on the 5th of April
And £4 return postage deducted

Hope and ivy are a fantastic company to deal with there customer service are excellent. they responded to emails promptly and efficiently I highly recommend buying from this company, I definitely will.

The dresses are absolutely gorgeous, the colours are lovely. The sizes are horrendous - I am a size 14/16 and it wouldn’t go anywhere near me. I ordered a size 20 and that was still tight! Lol good job I’m not offended easily!

I ordered four Juliette dresses for my daughter’s bridesmaids. Although the dresses were absolutely beautiful my heart sank as I noticed there was a two week return policy. Given that one dress was a slightly different shade and compounded by the fact that some of the bridesmaids were not available to try for size in that time frame.
I contacted customer service for guidance. I received a swift response and thereafter an outstanding!!! Customer experience. I was reassured that under the circumstances they could extend the return period in order for them to help me identify the right dresses. Many e-mails were exchanged and photos sent to to the warehouse staff to match the colour…they could not have done any more to help and we are so very grateful!

I have updated my review following a full refund for my returned items. Overall, I would give the quality and cost of the wedding dresses a 5-star rating. The problem is there is no streamlined return and refund practices - and you can expect to chase customer services for a refund even after they've recieved your returned items. Once this company automate and optimise the process - I would expect it to be a 5-star experience overall. In the meantime, I strongly suggest buying hope and Ivy dresses from larger retailers like ASOS or NEXT, to avoid the headache of manually chasing things up.

I bought the Sloane dress; it’s absolutely beautiful. The colours are so vivid, the fit spot on, and the details are just really flattering. I’ve had so many compliments when wearing it. Really great service too from the H&I team, would definitely recommend.

Dissapointed to have to return dress to H&I, as I got my wife’s size wrong. Really happy with the returns process and advised when money was back in my account.

The clothes are all so beautiful and so reasonably priced for the quality!
