Hoselink Opiniões

I bought the ground bracket which is 430mm and fixed it to my concrete path but it is too low and I couldn’t see a larger size? I also need the same fitting in my front yard and that bracket will sit on a raised up bed 200mm higher but like I say the back yard was is really too low and the existing tap is nowhere near a solid wall. There is also a slow drip where the fitting is connected to the tap and I did tighten it quite a lot. The spray nozzle and the fitting attached is quite large and takes some getting used to. I do have good pressure and when on the Shower option is used the pressure doesn’t seem as strong as with a regular hose unless my imagination is running wild

Works great. Mechanisms work very smoothly. Quality hose and reel. I would mention that to connect to your old sprinklers will need additional connectors which I wish was included in the box.

The unit is strong, robust, well made, a good height and good value.

Great service . Great product ,

Best Hoses ever. I have purchased 6 for all my family.

I had a slight issue with a part and Hoselink answered my enquiry on the same day and the part was posted out in two days.

The solar lights are great too.

Australia Family company as well.

🙂

I listed a wish list item which was sold out & Hoselink actually emailed when item became available again. Thanku Hoselink....u're #1

The products arrived quickly. The items are always in unblemished condition and great quality.

I recently purchased my fourth Hhoselink retractable reel. they're a great product. Unfortunately however the reels only come with the 8-Pattern sprayer which from experience do not last as well as the 7-Pattern sprayers. The only reason that i did not give a 5 star rating was because it is not possible to upgrade the sprayer supplied. I had to buy my preferred 7-Pattern sprayer separately and throw out the 8-Pattern sprayer! This detracted from an otherwise positive experience.
I acknowledge your reply although it appears to have been written by AI. If my feedback was actually useful then revise your purchasing policy and allow purchasers to upgrade the sprayer without having to purchase separately & throw one away.

Managing the garden hose in our backyard was messy at best with loops of hose usually not put back on the hook. I finally got fed up and bought a Hoselink 30m reel.
I had to buy the accessory kit to connect the Hoselink reel to our pressure sprayer, but it has been a great purchase and quality product. Worth getting.

Got the part I wanted in good time and it works a treat

All I can is buy this product with confidence. They stand behind their quality.

You don't have HI flow hose reels available anymore.
Your website is misleading , you automatically substitute a standard hose size without making it clear that that is the case.
I emailed to bring this to your attention you fobbed me off with some nonsense.
I photographed the error on the website and sent it to you. Only then did you concede there was an error.

You have a great product and good reputation.
Tell your marketing department to be transparent and not undo years of good will by being a touch to clever for their own good. ( kids )

Talk is cheap
A discount for trying to deceive your loyal customers would have been less disingenuous .

Hi
Your response to my review was dubious.
Surely someone had to change the code to substitute something that no longer exists for something you had in stock.
Or does your platform magically turn apples to oranges and ship your lies without your knowledge.
People please.

Usual quality from Hoselink, cover fitted well and is made very well.

LOVE my 9 in1 garden bed so much i got another with the green house system! They are easy to build and deliver so fast! Highly recommend

Aussie made, high quality products with fantastic customer service

the hand spray we purchased is easy to us, well constructed and sturdy. Good product

Great experience all round received my second hose reel all good.

Prompt delivery and easy setup, to top it off a pĺeasure to use. We have had three of another brand from Bunnings but this seems superior in every way.

This is most definitely the best hose and spray attachment we've ever bought. The connectors to the tap etc are top quality. We are extremely happy with this product and would recommend it to everyone. Wish we'd bought one sooner

Easy assembly, price great ,now I can get my wife out of the house, she loves it No one is allowed to touch it !!
