Accommodation was as described and the week was fantastic. When contacting agent to help with a very minor item response very prompt which is always great to see.

A very enjoyable stay.Perfectly located near to harbour and parking exceptionally clean well fitted out and very c9mfortable beds.Dont want to make it too pooular or might not be able to book again

Lovely accommodation, clean and a well equipped kitchen. Location is central and everything was in easy walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay the house is in a great location house was spotless and we got a welcome pack which was really appreciated will definitely come back and stay here was great that the dogs could go out and not worry about them going out on the road was great that towels was provided and fully working kitchen we will definitely recommend to stay here

Excellent central location in Barney but was nice and quiet. Very clean. Brilliant range of kitchenware for cooking meals. Comfortable beds, en-suite was a nice touch. I stayed with my family for a local wedding across the two Galgate properties. Very reasonable pricing across the bank holiday weekend and perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.

I've already sent 2 e mails when staying also spoke to your representative on the 2nd night of our stay complaining about the bright green light obove the bed which wouldn't go out at all. We had to sleep with our t shirts round our eyes to block out this very bright light which also managed to illuminate the room. Also couldn't turn of the microwave so that was also glowing red. I was told someone would be round the next day to rectify this. No one came. This was Wednesday..later in the day a robot rang around 12 noon asking what the problem was. Told this weird voice our problem. I was told someone from your team would be round. No.show.again. we actually left on the Friday instead of the Sunday which we'd paid in full for. We.were so disappointed and very tired..we needed to get home for some sleep. Hence I've given you a poor rating. Just really shabby treatment all round.

Such a great experience and so relaxing! Hot tub was lovely and the caravan itself was so cozy and felt at home. Everyone was so friendly and there was plenty to do. Wonderful service and great experience all round! Would highly recommend.

Was a lovely cottage for a quiet break. Really peaceful and quiet- just what we needed.

Location was excellent and the cottage had everything you could want.

All communication was excellent too.

The nest in whitby is a lovely apartment we had a lovely view of the Abbey from our bedroom window the bed was very comfortable , the apartment was bright and airy and very modern we would stay again , anyone who has trouble with stairs ,it is on the top floor and quit a few stairs (very apt ,the nest )so we knew overall a lovely weekend

The location of the Ships Bell Cottage was great. Really well equipped with everything you need except for...I know it's a little thing but no place mats. We didn't want to stain the kitchen table so we used newspapers! Comfy beds and good service for the booking.

Great communication from point of booking, up until stay and during stay. Provided great recommendations too for local eateries and what to do in the area. Accommodation was first class and would book again!

No little touches like a bit of tea or coffee/ toilet paper or hand wash etc on arrival. The lounge furniture too uncomfortable. Felt like the stairs to upper floors were hazardous.especially third floor nearly fell down them .outside to get to the property too many hazards unadopted steps and no railings to a steep drop.

We had a lovely stay overall. The property is in a fantastic location in a charming village, with pubs right on the doorstep, a beautiful riverside walk nearby, and local shops within easy reach. The secure garden was a real bonus and made the property very pet friendly. The facilities provided were excellent, and communication from the hosts was great throughout our stay.
There were just a few minor issues that prevented this from being a 5-star stay. The carpets could benefit from a more thorough clean, as there were some noticeable stains, particularly in the bedroom that looked like makeup marks. While the sofas looked nice, they weren't the most comfortable for relaxing on after a busy day out. We also noticed an unpleasant drain smell whenever the shower was in use.
Despite these small points, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the property to others looking for a well-located, pet-friendly place to stay.

I love this Airbnb! It was my second stay. It's a beautiful home with plenty of space. Great beds, great shower, great kitchen, including a washing machine with a great line to dry in the garden. Close to the airport, bus stop right outside the door, Aldi a block away, train station a couple of blocks down, great coffee shop nearby. All very walkable.

Both the service, from the host, and the property were excellent! Extremely helpful, homely and professional all at the same time.

Really nice house with good facilities, everything you need really, great location and easy to access. Perfect for our short family stay. Good communication and clear instructions received in advance.
Only minor gripe is the late check-in time at 4pm and early check-out time of 10am. Whilst understanding time needed for cleaning and turnaround, a later check in usually means a later check out in my experience. 3pm check-in has been the latest I've known previously. As an example, friends were staying a few yards up the road with more reasonable 2pm and 11am times, so 3 hours total extra.

Everything you could wish for,for a great break. Clean, well equipped, relaxing and very quiet site. 11/10 will definetly use again.
