Very nice service
Very nice service. I forgot to raise my credit card limit for our vacation (initially it bounced) and they were very helpful and professional about it, allowing me to get it sorted. The vacation home we're staying at is also exactly as promised and even more than we expected or hoped for, especially at this price!

Great customer service!
I needed to cancel my reservation, and didn't have a profile on the website. I contacted customer support via WhatsApp, and it took a human (!) agent less than a minute to respond.
The whole process took less than 5 minutes, and John, the customer support agent, was very nice and helpful.
Plus, the website had great prices for the hotel I found (had to cancel as my plans had changed).

Best prices and instant confirmation
Booked my hotel in Greece through HotelsNest and got a great price. Much cheaper than other sites. The reservation was confirmed right away with no issues. Really happy with the service!
