Super helpful support
It is the first time I use hotelsnest so I have to say that I was a bit weary, but it definitely won't be the last time. I made a mistake in a non-refundable booking and called support in Greece. They were extremely helpful, talked to the hotel, changed my date and called me back to let me know. All this was in less than 5 minutes!
