I cancelled my order and was then…
I cancelled my order and was then advised to refuse acceptance and advise them once I had done so. I emailed them as soon as I refused delivery (Tuesday) but have yet to receive any acknowledgement (it is now Saturday).

Excellent quality
Thought might aswel buy a proper spare, can maybe get 1 that's not from hotpoint few quid cheaper but would be inferior product, pleased with the cooker rubber seal. Fitted in seconds, correct size n quality

Delighted with the products and the service.
I needed to replace the baskets in my dishwasher - the website was easy to use and I quickly identified the parts. I placed my order. Communication with the company was fast and efficient. The items arrived well packaged. I am delighted with the baskets - they fit perfectly, prolonging the life of my dishwasher.
