The product was terrible- it was broken…
The product was terrible- it was broken when it arrived and I asked for a refund as it didn't look very sturdy. The customer service, however, was brilliant.

We normally offer free replacement on occasions like this as stated on our website in the Returns Qs. Our customer service agents can get it sorted quickly. I'm sorry if this information was somehow missed out and you have returned your faulty light instead. However, I can understand your frustration and disappointment.

Perfect
Perfect! I ordered the light fitting as I wanted something modern, bigger and fairly flush for our stairwell. It’s perfect! It came in great time, well wrapped (actually really nice, sturdy box!) Really good quality and looks amazing. Relatively easy to fit - we had to do some extra work as our 80s house has some dubious wiring! But once done, we couldn’t be happier!

Best customer service ever
I accidentally broke my houseof lampshade and they replaced it free of charge. absolutely blown away by that, fantastic customer service that you just don't see much of these days. Recommend!

exceptional customer service
Fabulous light. Loved it from the start. Sadly our dog knocked it over. The service we got when seeking replacement parts was exceptional. The tone of the help was so friendly and the parts were sent really quickly. Outstanding.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Easy to order online. My light was delivered beautifully and carefully packaged so no breakages.
Lovely light fitting which gets great comments from visitors who see it.

Replacement problem
This time..
A light without a control,several failed collections and deliveries, took up way too much of my working day to sort out.

Hi I ordered a ceiling light 4 days ago in the advert says dispatch with in 2 days but emailed last night to hear they may dispatch on 24th not good enough we go on holiday at the end of next week if we had realised this delay would not have ordered Paul Smallwood

Really slick designs but sooooo slow!
Really slick designs but the company is very disorganised!! items take so so long to be delivered! Initially we ordered a ceiling light It came very late and in the end two showed up! We later ordered another design and it eventually arrived weeks and weeks and weeks after the indicated time even though when I ordered it it said it was in stock. That was really disappointing.
