I was initially peeved at the price of…
I was initially peeved at the price of the bulbs and that I was sent 2 when I needed 3, BUT the customer service department are EXCELLENT and respond quickly with a polite attitude and sort things out well.
Very happy so far with the service, just waiting now for my refund on the bulbs (the light fixture itself is great).

Very positive support experience
I ordered a sea green diffuser floor lamp in July 2020 and a defect became apparent this month (two years on). I contacted customer service explaining my problem, and Pam very promptly and kindly offered a resolution to this issue. Great value for these designer lamps -- will buy again. Thank you!

Well I cannot fault your service. You kept me informed of my order until it was delivered which I really appreciate.

Great service!
I contacted customer service because I accidentally smashed the glass casing around the bulb in my light and wanted to buy a replacement and they sent a replacement out very quickly no charge. Very responsive and I was delighted with the result!

Fantastic lighting - well packaged, quick delivery and easy to assemble
I received the purple diffuser and it came well packaged and easy to assemble.
We bought it to make our space feel warmer and it's really changed the feel of the room for the better. We find ourselves in this room more often.
A small change but a big win!

The Customer Service was amazing
The Customer Service was amazing! Sadly I was returning a pendant light, I loved it but it didn't work in the space, I had to contact them to see if it had arrived back with them as my tracking was not working and Pamela could not be more helpful, she was super efficient and sorted it out straight away. I will definitely be supporting this lovely small business. Thank you so much!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Best company I have ever dealt with - we dropped and smashed several pieces of our light fixture - I emailed HF on Saturday and by Thursday I received replacements. Big thank you to Pamela who was so efficient

We love our lamp and service
We love our new lamp and but also Houseof helped us a a lot when we had our glass shade accidentally broken. They quicky shipped a replacement one and we can enjoy the lamp without the need of purchasing a brand new one.
