Staff were great with my dad on a recent visit - very courteous and polite and thorogh with the check

David, my audiologist, was most helpful. he provided clear concise answers to all my questions. Have a very thorough check-up. At the end, I can hear in stereo again. He is a top professional! and expert in his field. Goes without saying, recommended.

I had both ears blocked and I made an appointment for ear wax removal with House of Hearing Edinburgh. I was seen by Lynsey McDonald who provided an excellent service and solved my hearing issue. I will now go back for an annual check up to ensure my hearing is as good as it can be.

The free wax removal service for over-75s is very welcome as this can be expensive now that the NHS no longer does it. I also had an informative and useful chat with an audiologist about a possible change to the latest Phonak hearing aids.

Everything was explained before and during procedure. Everyone was friendly from start to finish.

Attended an appt in Edinburgh with my 91yr old dad for wax removal which other establishments cdnt help with.
Sarah was absolutely superb. So caring, persistent and gentle with dad.
Her persistence absolutely won as managed to clear both ears of very stubborn wax due to very narrow ear canal.
Can't thank or rate Sarah enough from George and the family...no constant shouting now x

Very helpful advice. Lovely friendly girl who removed wax. Gavin made me feel at ease and spoke clearly when letting know about hearing test.

I found Louise to be very knowledgeable and helpful. All the staff were welcoming. As a doctor with 40 years in NHS,Louise was much more helpful than what I'm accustomed to. All very thoughtful
