Arrived but charged transport cost.
Arrived as expected on time and happy with the product.
However there was a handling fee from UPS which was unexpected. Which I had to pay to cover transport. Please update your website to ensure customers are aware that free transport does not mean free transport. And at the charge of £42 it was 30% more than the original cost of £150.

With the UK's exit from the EU, there are now new regulations in place regarding import duties and taxes on goods crossing borders. As a result, orders shipped to the UK may be subject to additional charges imposed by UK customs. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to circumvent this. However, we do offer free shipping to help mitigate the cost.
Understanding Import Duties and Taxes:
Import VAT: Orders with a value exceeding £135 may be subject to UK import VAT. This will be calculated based on the value of the goods, including shipping costs.
Customs Duties: Some orders may incur customs duties, which are calculated based on the type of goods and their declared value.
These charges are levied by UK customs authorities and are separate from any charges incurred during the online purchase process.
Unfortunately due to Brexit import duty is being applied to all goods into Britain from EU countries, as free trade between EU countries was one of the casualties of Brexit.

Beautiful products, great service.
I mean the product is great. It is a beautiful piece and it feels really precious. It was shipped very fast too. Living in Canada I was a bit worried about ordering jewellery from abroad. I must admit I bit my nails for a day or two until boom, I got a fedex delivery notice from Ireland. One thing that perhaps you could add in your ordering process would be a confirmation email upon purchase. Perhaps I missed it if you did send one.

Your products are terrific but delivery…
Your products are terrific but delivery instructions were ignored and so the parcel was sent to my home address instead of the designated one, and was left behind a pillar at the bottom of our garden and was soaked by the time my wife discovered it the following day. Very annoying and inexcusable.

With regard to the delivery we partner with the courier companies FedEx and UPS for our shipping, unfortunately, the positioning of the package at the end of your garden was out of our hands. Thankfully this is a rare occurrence. However, we did contact UPS to express our and your annoyance to them.
