After very disappointing service by another local estate agent when listing my home. I was recommended to Amanda & HouseSpotters by my travel agent. Amanda put me at ease with her friendly professionalism and such attentive work rate. The firms specialist online presence made such a difference. Always keeping me updated on how things were progressing not afraid to be realistic which I appreciated but always really positive. Special mention to Craig for his superb hard work. Offer accepted on the property within 3 weeks from launching so glad I put my trust in HouseSpotters!

The service from Amanda from start to finish was exceptional, she gave me regular updates and was so on the ball when it came to following up enquries and offers. up-to-date re use of modern
technology and trends of when
potential buyers will be looking and
wanting to make contact. House was in Market within 24thrs if taking photos to going live.
In the modern world, this was very important to us and whilst not quite a 24/7 service, it wasn't far off and Alan was always a quick call or WhatsApp message away.
Alan advised it would sell and i would not experience anything like i did from previous estate agents he didn't let us down - 9 viewers in the first week and multiple viewers to follow and number of offer we go an acceptable
bid today.

By far the best company around. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy their house. Kenny went above and beyond for myself we had a lot of hick ups along the way and he was very patient and professional and nothing was ever an issue for him. Very friendly company and very helpful when any issues arose. Made the sale of my house so much easier and stress free knowing I had Kenny’s help and he was very good at keeping me up to date with the full process from viewing times and dates to the viewer’s feed back to what was the best offers to accept and decline. We sold our house with housespotters as they had sold us the house we had purchased. From buying our new home to seeking our current one, the process was great! I viewed the new property earlier in the day and Amanda was great, even allowing me to return in the evening with my partner to view the home. We bought that house on the Monday and then met with Alan to sell and our home on the Thursday. Alan talked us through everything and made sure we understood the whole process. Our house was up for sale the following Wednesday with viewings done that Saturday and Sunday which was also our wedding weekend! We then accepted an offer over home report on the Sunday! Great service and communication from Alan at all times and will definitely use them again in the future.

Wow what can I say Alan Shields has been a tremendous support to us. He came out to my salon only 2 weeks previously from the salon going on the market on Friday 7th March 2025 and an offer was made & accepted on Monday 10th March 2025 !!!
