Moving to Scotland nearly a year ago, I had been searching for my ideal home, and I couldn’t have made a better choice than Housespotters. Amanda’s warm and professional approach, combined with her efficiency, made the entire process incredibly smooth. I truly appreciate her dedication and support. I knew from my first initial meeting with Alan that we would be going ahead and selling with him. The way he advertises the property and gives you full access to the app is so much better than any other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. Alan was a pleasure to deal with and always available to assist. He sold our property on the first night of viewings for well over the asking price. Amanda is absolutely amazing and from day one right through to the end went way above and beyond and would highly recommend her and company to anyone. She got us top money and was there to oversee the whole process from valuation to viewings and drone footage was a nice touch. After viewing a house that Amanda was selling, we liked her openness and down to earth manner so we took her details and put our house on the market with her company. I loved the genuine set prices for the different levels of service. We took the top package (loved the pictures and the video including the ariel view). Craig was our agent. He was very confident & reasuring in what was happening within the market at that time and helped us over a few hurdles in our sale due to the type of property we were selling.
