Hi Martin,
Thanks for both shopping with & reviewing us. I'm glad you were happy with the resolution offered for your shipping issue, but equally I'm grateful for your honesty when it all turned out well in the end!
Unfortunately we simply don't have the capacity to offer a phone line with our small size, so good feedback on the email inbox is great to hear.
Many thanks,
Callum @ HPI Tech

Hi Adrian,
Thank you for your kind review. Definitely agree that the silent TMC drivers make a big difference - I remember the first time I tried them!
Thanks again,
Callum @ HPI Tech
Excellent helpful service, above and beyond.
My second purchase with HPI, I was having hotend issues after changing my nozzle a few times, and started looking at adding the Revo Micro hotend to my Prusa Mini+.
I didn't want the hassle of getting the stock hotend working again to print the required single part the Revo required. Not only did HPI offer to print the part for me, they did it free of charge.
I don't know if this will continue to be the case, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Hi there Constantin,
Thank you so much for your review, it is appreciated. We do indeed carry a fairly small stock of Prusa printers (we mainly carry the spares and filament), and will have the MK4 soon.
