Nothing to worry about
Would have given 5 stars were it not for the poor reviews I read after I ordered. They left me nervous that I had been scammed. I need not have worried. Battery was well packed, works well and was delivered on time.
Courier just left my parcel on the floor at my garden gate (even though I was in)

Excellent service
Excellent service. When their carrier let them down, they immediately dispatched a replacement battery via a different carrier which arrived well within the prescribed period. After two charges, the battery is performing well giving me nearly 7 hours of life.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Speedy delivery and great quality
The battery arrived quicker than I expected! It even came with a tiny screwdriver to use to take apart my laptop and remove the old battery, which was much appreciated. My laptop is now running well again - I'm very pleased with my experience!

HP laptop battery
Battery arrives quickly and well packed. This is the 2nd Battery I have had from Hplaptopbattery.co.uk, the last one lasted about 2 years. Not as long as a genuine OEM unit, but then much cheaper. Happy enough with purchase, and would use again.

Checked I had ordered the right battery - which I hadn’t. Updated to the right one and refunded me the difference. Felt this was excellent service as this could have gone horribly wrong. Battery fitted and working perfectly. 👌

I ordered a new battery for my laptop one day & it was in my hand safely delivered by courier the next day! (during the christmas rush too) absolutely outstanding service I received from my moment of ordering! Battery was of superior quality to my original too! and I easily fitted it myself, charged it fully & it's working Great! thankyou guys!
