Alles top nur halt Versandkosten ist halt nicht so toll das man sie selber tragen muss bei Umtausch teils aber selber Schuld die Gr Angaben sind Präzise wenn man sich daran hält ist ein Umtausch nicht nötig .
Aber so rundum zufrieden auch mal durch gerufen ging einer dran war Grade bisschen viel los hatte um ein Rückruf gebeten und mir wurde bestens geholfen .
Gerne wieder Rückerstattung lief auch top.
Ich hatte mir Hockey Inline Skates gekauft und 3 Paar kämmen zu mir hatte mich dann für eins entscheiden können bezüglich bester Passform .

Wollte ich ein Angebot haben von einem Bauer-Brustpanzer für Torhüter, hp wollte 10 Prozent Rabatt geben, sportega aber 13. Als ich hp darauf hinwies, ob ich auch bei hp diese 13 Prozent Rabat bekommen könnte, gab es eine patzige Antwort, obwohl ich als Stammkunde für über 10000 Euro schon eingekauft habe

Ordered 2 Sherwood Rekker legend pro sticks. Within 3 weeks one of them have already broke at the blade and when I’ve tried to contact them to go through warranty they are denying the claim without any reason. I would avoid them at all cost they’re not helpful at all and when asking them and their distributor Schanner they won’t provide a reason for the claim being denied despite it breaking well within the 30 days. Like I said avoid them at all costs and purchase your gear from elsewhere as they don’t honour warranty claims.

I ordered a pair of iceskates, Bauer vapor select, these come with replaceable LS+ runners, they took the runners off and replaced them with the cheapest and of the lowest quality runners. They probably thought we wouldn't notice. When I emailed them about it, they ignore me and just never answer! Do not buy your iceskates there! Chances are you will scammed and deeply dissapointed and there's absolutely no service after sale..

I can only recommend this e-shop even outside of Germany. Seller was very professional, communication was perfect both spoken and written in English and the speed of delivery unmatched in my experience. From Germany to Slovakia in 3 working days. Thank you HP's Sport Shop!

Extremely satisfied!

I order only once I needed a new pair of skate and I saw a special offert tout can't miss for a paire of AS570 but a free AS-V Pro stick for free.
I made my order and received my skate within 3 days then I serve a mail to say that I want to keep them as it was asked in the term of this special offer then I added my stick preferences side, flex and curve.
I receive the stick 4 days after. I'm very pleased to have a Lindstrom curve I sometimes struggling to find this specific curve.

I'll order again, professional and fast delivery.

Extrêmement satisfait !

Je n'ai fait qu'une seule commande pour le moment, j'avais besoin d'une nouvelle paire de roller et j'ai vu sur le site une offre super intéressante une paire de CCM AS570 avec une crosse AS-V Pro offerte.
J'ai passé ma commande et j'ai reçu les roller en 3 jours. Lorsque j'ai reçu les rollers j'ai envoyé un mail pour indiquer comme demander dans les conditions de l'offre que je souhaitais les gardés et j'ai indiqué le côté, le flex ainsi que la palette.
4 jour plus tard, j'ai reçu la crosse avec une palette P5 (Lindstrom curve) comme demandé.
Je suis donc l'heureux possesseur d'une bonne partie de roller et d'une très bonne crosse avec une palette que j'ai parfois du mal à trouver.

Je recommande ce site et je repasserai commande chez eux sans soucis, ils sont très pro, la livraison est très rapide.

Ajouter /en/ dans la barre d'adresse si besoin. Les liens dans les mails revoit vers le site de base en allemand.

Neues Spinning-Bike bekommen und eine Frage wegen dem leicht "eiernden" Schwungrad mit Video an die Serviceemail gestellt. Ich bekam vom Servicebereich innerhalb von 30 Minuten eine zufrieden stellende Antwort mit der Möglichkeit bei einem Defekt die Abholung des Spinning-Bikes bei mir zuhause für eine Reparatur!
