HRcheck Opiniões

It was a scam website. It should not be advertised. Use gov not this site!

NOT RELATED TO HMRC.
The algorithm on Google is manipulated to take you to their website which looks IDENTICAL to the government website. What should have cost £21.50 cost me £99.
Somehow this company is still operating so can only assume they are skirting the law with hidden disclaimers.
DO NOT USE THEM. GO DIRECT TO HMRC WEBSITE TO GET THE EXACT SAME SERVICE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. IT IS NOT QUICKER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE JUST A MIDDLE MAN.

Quick but expensive

Diabolical service & bad customer service. Paid for fast track, to be processed within 24 hours & then 2-3 days delivery. Just had a notification to say it’s been dispatched 5 weeks later. Don’t respond to your emails. Scruffy company scruffy staff

I ask for refund but your team took my £109 so please give back
Many thanks

Ridiculously expensive. Poor information on website led to a wrongful DBS check. Do not touch them with a barge pole !

Beware, they have almost no customer service. The phone number that is published on the Internet is a dead number, and 'live' chat doe not work, even during office hours, and the company seems to go to great lenght to avoid contact with their customers!

Complete scam. A DBS check costs £21.50 via .gov.uk while these scammers charge four times that plus additional for ‘fast track’ which takes four times longer than the standard service!

So use the official site instead.

Complete Scam and dishonest company.
Do not upload any documents they easily can steal you identity.
AVOID THEM

SCAMMERS and dishonest.
Been 3 weeks waiting for a refund

very easy to use as I am dyslexic you made it easy for me thank

The application was straightforward. I was able to complete the application in a very short time.
I happy to share my experience with others.

Overcharged, dishonest service and very unprofessional.

Efficiency - spot on

Expectation 100%. Thank you

Appalling service
You have not responded to my email regarding paying for an automatic update service which does not exist on the the government website. I am taking this further. This is a scam. Go straight to government DBS site. Do not use this company

WORK IN HEALTHCARE - WENT ON TO THE WEBSITE TO ORDER AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK AND PAID FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE. CHARGED A TOTAL OF 99.00 POUNDS FOR THIS SERVICE.
RECEIVED IT LATER THAN THE 3 DAY EXPEDITED SERVICE ADVERTISED. RECEIVED A BASIC DBS. NOT ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE TO DISCUSS IN PERSON. EMAILED THEM. RESPONSE - Hi , Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please accept our apologies, but we do not offer telephone support or a callback service.
As stated on our website and in the application form that individuals are only eligible to apply for a DBS Basic Check. Furthermore we can not upgrade you to an enhanced check as mentioned in the terms and conditions.
Kind Regards,--
HRcheck
NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THEY FRAUDULENTLY TOOK PAYMENT FOR AN ENHANCED SERVICE THAT THEY CLEARLY DO NOT PROVIDE FOR INDIVIDUALS!! NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THEY TOOK MONEY FOR AN EXPEDITED SERVICE THAT THEY CLEARLY DO NOT HONOUR!!!
DOES THIS NOT CONSTITUTE AS FRAUD AND ILLEGAL?? SHOULD HR CHECK NOT BE PENALISED FOR MISLEADING AND SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONIES??? SHOULD THEY NOT BE INVESTIGATED FOR THIS???
