It works well, when it works. Unfortunately, for healthcare you need something that works reliably every time. If you have a realistic alternative, rather try that first.

Paid my money but no call
Paid my money and booked a date/time. 11 days later, 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I get a message that her shift was finishing, it was too late and would reschedule my appointment. Nothing! I’ve called and left messages. Absolute SCAM! Don’t waste your time or money

I just spent $45 for a consult that took 2 minutes to tell me I am not above the BMI required for medical treatment for weightloss. No other support or advice was given except to eat better and exercise more.
I think that if someone is joining the program they are reaching out as a last resort.
To not even be given some other kind of support or resource is incredible poor service.
I cant believe I spent $45 for a 2 minute phone call that went no where and I am still sitting in this position of not knowing how else to help with my weightloss which is also affecting my mental health. ALL OF THIS was mentioned in the form i had to complete PRIOR to the phone call.
What a ridiculous service, yet a fantastic way to scam people of their money.

Encourage you to contact them if you require anything more in way of support then completely ghost all of your messages for 5 days straight even though they know you’re desperately trying to contact them!!
Forget it. Find a good local bulk bill or Telehealth service which will cost you leads and you can at least contact someone if you need help! Do not use this service . Completely unprofessional , uncontactable and unhelpful. Thanks for nothing

Disappointed with Service
I had a consultation which was great, got me script and paid for the product a lot of money. Then they said it has been sent to me. The parcel came all the way to Quorn Post Office. The Post Office received a phone call from the freight company her name was gabby at Adelaide Airport (Startrack) they then sent an email and said to send parcel back to sender which is Hub health who have my money. I have no idea why this was sent back. I have sent multiple emails trying to find out what is going on between hub health and Startrack no one will tell me beside blaming the other party. I would dearly like some communication, and I can't afford to purchase this again. I either want all my money back or my parcel sent back to me. I'm concerned as it's supposed to be kept cold, so I certainly don't want the original as it come from Queensland and then to Adelaide Regional and then Back to Queensland. Come on someone please tell me what's going on. No one wants to help me. Quick to take your money and no support. I guess I have to go to consumer affairs now. I shouldn't have to do this.
Also there is no phone number you can ring to speak to someone from Hub Health. If anyone who reads this has any ideas id love to hear from you. :(

The doctors called EXACTLY when they said they would.
I wanted a weightloss treatment. They did give it to me but at a low dose to begin.
When i had issues they agreed i should stop it and were happy to find an alternative.
Long consultation. They really do listen. Thanks doctors.
This service could improve with competitive price of prescription and also fast / same day delivery or pick up option.
Also no access to invoice until after medication has dispatched which means you cant claim for a few days.
Expensive placebos
They sell nothing more than expensive placebos that don’t work, have tried two products for them for two seperate things and they have no effect.Its a scam

I paid for a call, I then joined the queue in the afternoon, I did not receive a call, then in the morning of the following day, I rejoined the queue where it said the waiting time was approximately 15 minutes, I have been waiting over 2 hours and cannot get in contact with anyone to find out what is going on. I was repeatedly asked to pay for…
I was repeatedly asked to pay for medication after already paying for it and so had to wait extra time to receive it. Weeks later I am still receiving messages asking to pay for the medication I have already received after being told by the support team that I would no longer receive these messages. I will definitely never recommend hub health to anyone.
Poor follow up assistance …
Sought assistance from clinic for weight loss medication. Medication was sent with no instructions on how to use the medication. Only an envelope with starter meds. Nothing else in envelope. 24/11 received email saying further instructions will be sent. Nothing sent. Multiple phone calls and messages. No response.
Had an appointment with a practitioner…
Had an appointment with a practitioner for weight loss treatment and was asked to go see my regular GP to get my thyroid tested before I could proceed. I was told my weight loss treatment would be rejected so I could get the money back for the appointment, but I was promised that I would be able to reapply once my tests came back clear, which they did. Went to reapply and it will not allow me. Have tried to contact hub health multiple times with zero response. Really frustrating and disappointing.
