Thoroughly dissatisfied with this…

Thoroughly dissatisfied with this company. Still haven’t received my order. I spoke with Jim the last week of a May and he assured me that my honey was the next shipment to go out on June 1st. I would definitely receive it by the end of the work week. Yet another lie. It’s been 3 months now.. unacceptable!!!

We understand your frustration with the delay and appreciate you sharing your experience.

However, we do want to respectfully clarify a few points.

When we spoke, the shipment estimate provided was based on the production status of your order at that time. Unfortunately, during this unusually busy period, production schedules continued to change as orders moved through infusion, bottling, packaging, and fulfillment. While we understand your disappointment that the estimated shipment date was missed, it was not a "lie." It was our best estimate based on the information available at that moment.

Over the past few months, we experienced an unprecedented surge in demand while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased well beyond anyone's expectations, including our own.

We also consistently communicated updates through our website, Facebook page, shipping information page, order confirmation emails, and weekly production updates. We made every effort to keep customers informed as conditions evolved.

Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, many of our infused honeys are handcrafted in small batches and require proper infusion time before bottling. While that resulted in longer fulfillment times than anyone would have preferred, maintaining the quality, flavor, and freshness of the honey remained our highest priority.

We certainly understand why you are upset after waiting three months. However, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that customers were intentionally misled. Orders continued moving through production daily, and the estimates provided were based on actual production status, not an attempt to deceive anyone.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

I ordered over $50 worth of honey on…

I ordered over $50 worth of honey on March 7 of this year. Received several emails on why the product is delayed, to many orders, health issues etc. I finally called May 26 and was told it would ship the following week and to look out for the tracking information, of course no email no text, called again on June 2, same story, we are behind, your order will ship next week, look for tracking information. I told the gentleman that I received the same story last week and he said, there is only 3 of us, we’re trying our best, look for the email next week. I really should have told him if you’re so behind in orders that are 3 months old, you should not be taking orders until you are caught up. So I will wait this week and if nothing, I will request a refund. So extremely disappointed in this company. Tbh I feel more for the bees than the people that work there.

We understand your frustration with the delay and appreciate you sharing your experience.

However, we do want to respectfully clarify a few points.

First, the updates you received regarding high order volume and family health challenges were not excuses. They were factual explanations of the circumstances affecting production during that period. We believed it was important to be transparent with customers rather than remain silent about what was happening.

We also appreciate that you called for updates, which is exactly what we encouraged customers to do throughout this unusually busy period. Because of the overwhelming volume of emails, phone calls often provided the fastest and most accurate information available at the time.

Regarding the shipping estimates you were given, those were based on your order's production status when you called. Unfortunately, production schedules continued to shift as orders moved through infusion, bottling, packaging, and fulfillment. While we understand your frustration that the timeline changed, those estimates were not provided with the intention of misleading anyone.

We also respectfully disagree with the suggestion that we should have stopped accepting orders altogether. Small businesses cannot simply turn off all sales for months while continuing to pay employees, purchase supplies, and maintain operations. Instead, we chose to continue producing orders, communicating updates, expanding capacity, and working through the backlog as quickly as possible.

Over the past few months, we experienced an unprecedented surge in demand while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. At the same time, we were actively expanding operations, hiring additional help, and investing in production improvements specifically to address the backlog and better serve customers moving forward.

As for feeling more for the bees than the people working here, we can assure you that the bees are doing just fine. The people, however, were working long hours, seven days a week, while dealing with both an unprecedented backlog and a family cancer battle. We understand the frustration, but we are proud of the effort our small team put forth during an extraordinarily difficult period.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

We understand your frustration with the delay and appreciate you sharing your experience.

However, we do want to respectfully clarify a few points.

First, simply stating that an order "doesn't exist" without contacting us to verify the order information is not an accurate representation of what occurred. In our experience, when customers reported that an order could not be located, it was often due to an incorrect order number, email address, or an issue accessing the order status page.

We also have to ask: if phone calls were not being answered, when did you call? Throughout this unusually busy period, we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly because phone support was often the fastest and most reliable way to receive assistance and order updates. We answered thousands of customer calls during this time.

Over the past few months, we experienced an unprecedented surge in demand while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion, bottling, and packaging process.

We also consistently communicated updates through our website, Facebook page, order confirmation emails, shipping information page, and weekly production update emails. The production process and expected timelines were outlined in multiple locations before and after purchase.

Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, many of our infused honeys are handcrafted in small batches and require proper infusion time before bottling. While the delays became longer than anyone would have preferred, maintaining the quality, flavor, and freshness of the honey remained our highest priority.

While we understand your disappointment with the timeline, we respectfully disagree with the implication that customers were ignored or that orders simply disappeared. Orders continued moving through production daily throughout this period.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

Placed my order on March 14

Placed my order on March 14. It is now June 6 and I have not received anything. On my last correspondence with them they told me it was going to be shipped out by May 20. I contacted them again this week and told them if it has not been shipped out as promised, I want a refund. I have not received a response yet. If I do not get a response, I will be disputing this with my bank. Just horrible customer service! Will they tell you in their responses they understand our frustration, but they’re not doing anything to fix it!

Unfortunately, during this unusually busy period, production schedules continued to change as orders moved through infusion, bottling, packaging, and fulfillment. While we understand your frustration that the estimate was missed, it was not provided with the intention of misleading you.

Second, if you requested a refund, we certainly understand that decision. During this difficult period, customers who no longer wished to wait were able to request refunds, and those requests were honored.

We also respectfully disagree with the statement that we were "not doing anything to fix it." During this period, we hired additional staff, expanded customer service support, increased production capacity, invested in facility expansion, and worked daily to reduce the backlog. None of those changes happened overnight, but substantial efforts were being made behind the scenes to address the situation.

We understand your frustration with the delay and appreciate you sharing your experience.

However, we do want to provide some additional context.

Your order was placed during an unprecedented backlog period when we were experiencing significantly higher demand than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion, bottling, and packaging process.

Regarding the emails you received, those updates were intended to provide transparency about where orders stood in production. When we advised customers that orders were expected to ship within a certain timeframe, those estimates were based on the information available at that moment. Unfortunately, as production conditions changed, some timelines shifted as well.

We also want to clarify that our expansion efforts were not taking resources away from fulfilling orders. The purpose of expanding our operations and building additional production capacity was specifically to help address the backlog and prevent similar delays in the future.

Throughout this period, we consistently communicated updates through our website, Facebook page, shipping information page, and weekly customer emails. We also encouraged customers to call us directly for real-time updates, as phone support often provided the quickest answers.

While we understand your disappointment with the timeline, we respectfully disagree with the implication that nothing was happening with your order. Orders continued moving through production daily throughout this period.

Do not let the slick marketing fool…0 stars

Do not let the slick marketing fool you. Like many others, I fell for this company after seeing their polished, sponsored ads all over Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The website looks amazing, navigation is easy, pricing seems fair, and checkout is a breeze. Unfortunately, that is exactly where the positive experience ends. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own. My order has been stuck in the "unfulfilled" and "infusing" stage since March 10. Over the last three months, I received a couple of sketchy-sounding automated emails blaming the delays on high order volumes and a cancer diagnosis. While I sympathize with personal hardships, the company’s website is still actively accepting new orders, and their paid social media ads are still running heavily. They are clearly prioritizing taking in new money over fulfilling existing orders. To make matters worse, customer service is non-existent: By Email: Completely ignored. No responses to multiple inquiries. By Phone: I called their listed number during their stated business hours. It did not even ring. It went straight to a prerecorded message stating they were closed, listed the exact hours I was currently calling within, and gave no option to leave a voicemail. This business has hit a volume they cannot handle, or they are running a deliberate cash-grab. I am currently filing a chargeback with my bank to get my money refunded. Save yourself the headache, time, and money. BUYER BEWARE!

We understand your frustration with the delay and appreciate you sharing your experience.

However, we do want to respectfully clarify several statements made in this review.

First, Huckle Bee Farms is not a scam, cash-grab, or fraudulent business. We are a veteran-owned family farm that has served thousands of customers over the years. Throughout this difficult period, we continued producing orders, shipping orders, communicating updates, and issuing refunds when requested.

Over the past few months, we experienced an unprecedented surge in demand while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. While we understand some may view those updates skeptically, they were not "sketchy excuses." They were factual explanations of the circumstances affecting our production capacity at the time.

We also respectfully disagree with the suggestion that we prioritized new orders over existing customers. Continuing to advertise and accept orders does not stop current production. In fact, ongoing sales are what allow small businesses to purchase materials, pay employees, expand capacity, and continue fulfilling existing orders. During this same period, we were actively investing in additional production capabilities specifically to address the backlog.

Regarding communication, we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly because phone support was often the fastest and most reliable way to receive assistance. We answered thousands of customer calls during this period. If you experienced difficulty reaching us on a particular day, we certainly regret that. However, that does not mean customer service was nonexistent.

We also want to clarify that our production process and shipping expectations were disclosed in numerous locations before and after purchase, including:

• The order confirmation email
• The Terms & Conditions accepted during checkout
• The notice displayed above the checkout button
• The banner at the top of our website
• The Shipping Information page
• Weekly production update emails

Orders remained in "Infusing" status because our products are handcrafted in small batches and require time for proper infusion before bottling. Unlike warehouse-style honey companies, we do not simply pull most products from inventory shelves and place them in a box.

Most importantly, there is a significant difference between a company that is overwhelmed and behind schedule and a company intentionally deceiving customers. We continued producing, shipping, communicating, and supporting customers throughout this challenging period.

While we understand your disappointment with the timeline, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our business and the implication that customers were intentionally misled.

We understand your concern and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

However, we do want to clarify a few important points.

First, Huckle Bee Farms does not intentionally charge customers twice for the same order. If there was an additional charge, it was most likely related to a separate order, subscription, payment authorization, or another issue that would need to be reviewed. We would have been happy to investigate and correct any billing error.

We also want to clarify that Shopify merchants do not have the ability to simply wait and charge customers upon fulfillment. The Shopify platform processes payment authorization and capture at the time of purchase unless specific payment arrangements are used. This is standard practice across much of e-commerce, particularly for made-to-order and custom products.

Regarding the delay itself, over the past few months we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife’s chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, many of our infused honeys are handcrafted in small batches and require proper infusion time before bottling. While this created longer fulfillment times than anyone would have preferred, maintaining the quality, flavor, and freshness of the honey remained our highest priority.

We also consistently communicated updates regarding production timelines and delays through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails. Due to the unusually high volume of emails received during this period, responses were sometimes delayed, which is why we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly for the fastest assistance and order updates.

While we understand your disappointment, we respectfully disagree with the implication that customers were intentionally misled. Orders continued moving through production, updates were provided regularly, and any customer requesting a refund was accommodated.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

I really hate to write this

I really hate to write this. I placed an order in March 2026. I received a confirmation email. However, April passed, and I received an email stating they were behind. Ok, I appreciated that, and the wife had met with an illness. Now it is June. I received an email towards the end of May stating my order had been shipped. I received a tracking number for USPS. I waited a week and checked; the item had not been picked up. I sent an email no response from Huckle Bee. I tried calling and received a message stating they were closed. They are Eastern time, so they would be ahead of Central. I called at 9:30 Central time. I received another message stating they were closed. I will send a message on their website. Hopefully, I will get a response

Over the past few months, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife’s chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

We do want to clarify that the tracking number you received indicates that your order completed production and entered the shipping process. During this unusually busy period, there were occasions when labels were created before carriers physically scanned or picked up packages, which unfortunately caused confusion and frustration for customers monitoring tracking updates.

We also consistently communicated updates regarding production timelines and delays through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails so customers could follow the status of production as conditions changed.

Regarding communication, due to the extremely high volume of emails received during this period, email responses were sometimes delayed. That is exactly why we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly, as phone support has consistently been the fastest and most reliable way to receive assistance and order updates.

As for the phone call, our business hours are posted in Eastern Time, and there are times when we may be assisting other customers, away from the desk, or handling production-related responsibilities. While we strive to answer every call, we are a small family business and are not always able to answer immediately.

While we understand your disappointment with the timeline, we respectfully disagree with the implication that communication was unavailable. We continued providing updates through multiple channels and remained committed to fulfilling orders throughout this challenging period.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

We understand your frustration and disappointment, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

As a fellow veteran-owned family business, it is especially disappointing to hear that we did not meet your expectations after you chose to support us for that very reason.

Over the past few months, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife’s chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, many of our infused honeys are handcrafted in small batches and require proper infusion time before bottling. We also consistently communicated updates regarding production timelines and delays through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails. First, Huckle Bee Farms is not a scam business, nor have we ever intended to take customers' money without either fulfilling their order or providing a refund upon request. We are a real family farm that has served thousands of customers over the years.

Regarding the Facebook Messenger conversation, our concern was not criticism itself, but the posting of information that we believed was inaccurate before the facts surrounding the order had been fully reviewed. We believe customers have every right to share their experiences, but we also believe businesses deserve the opportunity to verify account information and investigate concerns before being publicly accused of fraud.

I ordered several samples on March 12

I ordered several sample sizes on March 12 from Huckle Bee Farms and still have not received my order. I emailed them once and got no reply. I called twice and actually got a person. This last time I was told my order would go out last week or this week but I have received no confirmation that it has been shipped. I called again today at 2:30 and the phone message says they are closed even though the hours are til 5. What is going on? I ordered from them because I like to support small companies but this is absolutely ridiculous. They already billed me. If you are short on staff because of an illness then hire someone to help. I recently saw many flavors of their honey at the Root Candle shop in Medina, Ohio so they are legitimate. Had I known I could get their honey at Root I would have done that or ordered from someone else like Savannah Bee. Your customers are not happy. I hope they throw in some freebies for those of us who are waiting months to get orders. I have been waiting 2.5 months. If they want repeat customers they need to do something.

Due to the unusually high volume of emails received during this period, phone support became the fastest and most reliable way for us to provide updates and assistance. As a small family business, there were also times when we were assisting other customers, working in production, or away from the desk, which occasionally resulted in calls going to voicemail even during posted business hours.

We do respectfully disagree with the suggestion that hiring additional help was not being addressed. During this period we actively expanded support and production staffing while continuing to work through the backlog.

Most importantly, your order was not forgotten. It remained in production and was moving through the fulfillment process.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

We understand your frustration with the delay and appreciate you sharing your experience.

Over the past few months, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, many of our infused honeys are handcrafted in small batches and require proper infusion time before bottling. While this resulted in longer fulfillment times than anyone would have preferred, maintaining the quality, flavor, and freshness of the honey remained our highest priority.

We also consistently communicated updates regarding production timelines and delays through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails so customers could follow our progress throughout this period.

Due to the unusually high volume of emails received during this time, we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly, as phone support became the fastest and most reliable way to receive assistance and order updates.

While we understand your disappointment with the timeline, we respectfully disagree with the implication that orders were ignored or abandoned. Orders continued moving through production daily throughout this challenging period.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

I placed an order in February

I placed an order in February. Didn't hear a thing. Waited, then got an email that the honey was delayed. Ok cool. How long? No response. In the meantime I am being bombarded several times a week with emails. Asking me how did I like the honey. They have this sale and that sale and a tasty flavor to try. Did I want to order more, honey. NO!! I wanted my original order. I called and a very rude person said " well we had someone out sick" at this point I said there was little to NO communication. Your customer service and support is literally non existent. I'm the bad guy because you failed? Huh? They then canceled my order. ( Didn't tell me) So I emailed and received a very rude response back and that I should check with my bank. I did and it was refunded. 3 months after my order. This looks like a recurring theme with them. HORRIBLE customer service and blaming customers for being upset with their failures and poor communication. I'd like to add STOP sending me crap via USPS to order more of your invisible honey. Do not to business with them. There are plenty of other reputable honey places out there who can fulfill your order and don't talk crap to you and communicate with their customers. Also I dont remember the date I called but the review makes you pick a date. So I picked april fool's day. 🤣

We understand your frustration with the delays and appreciate you sharing your experience.

However, we do want to clarify a few important points.

First, your order was ultimately refunded in full. While we understand you were unhappy with the timeline, we did not keep your money, and the order was canceled at your request.

Over the past few months, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

We also consistently communicated updates regarding production timelines and delays through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails. We understand that receiving marketing emails while waiting on an order was frustrating. Those emails are automated separately from production and customer service communications, though we recognize how poorly timed they may have felt.

Regarding communication, due to the unusually high volume of emails received during this period, we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly, as phone support became the fastest and most reliable way to receive assistance and order updates.

We do respectfully disagree with the characterization that there was "little to no communication." Production updates were posted regularly, weekly emails were sent, and phone support remained available throughout this period. We also disagree with the suggestion that customers were blamed for being upset. We fully understood why customers were frustrated with the delays, but we also expected conversations to remain respectful on both sides.

Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, many of our infused honeys are handcrafted in small batches and require proper infusion time before bottling. While the delays became much longer than anyone anticipated, maintaining the quality and freshness of the honey remained our highest priority.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience.

We do want to clarify that once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the carrier, shipping movement is unfortunately outside of our control. If tracking shows activity beginning on May 13, that indicates your order had completed production and entered the shipping process.

Over the past few months, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

We are happy to report that orders placed between March 1 and March 15 were actively shipping during this period, including yours.

We certainly understand the wait has been longer than expected, and we hope that once your package arrives, the honey proves worth the patience.

Two and a half months and product still hasn't shipped

I placed my order on 3/1/2026, it is now 5/21/2026 and my order still hasn't even shipped. It's been difficult to get responses from customer service. Website says there are delays in shipping and that it is taking 30-40 days instead of the usual 20, but it's been 80+ days, 2 1/2 months and still no shipment.

During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

We do want to clarify that the 30–40 day notice posted on our website was a production estimate during that particular period and, unfortunately, demand continued to outpace expectations. As production conditions changed, we provided ongoing updates through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails explaining where orders stood in the fulfillment process.

We also respectfully note that many customers who were looking for immediate updates found phone calls to be the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. Due to the unusually high volume of emails received during this period, email responses were sometimes delayed. We repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly for real-time order information and assistance.

However, we respectfully disagree with the implication that customers were left without information, as updates regarding delays and production status were communicated regularly through multiple channels throughout this period.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

Sad and disappointed

I, like many of the other folks leaving reviews, placed an order on March 17th and have still not received my order. Today is May 21st. The website shows it's still in the "infusing" process. I only ordered sample sizes so this seems odd that it's taking so long. I emailed them and have received NO response. There is very little communication from the company regarding the delay - all I get is that once it's shipped, I'll receive an email with tracking info. I am starting to wonder if this is a legit company. Sadly, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again, as I can get good honey locally.

We understand your frustration and disappointment, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

However, we do want to respectfully clarify that Huckle Bee Farms is absolutely a legitimate company. We are a real family farm that has served thousands of customers over the years, and throughout this unusually difficult period we continued producing, shipping orders, and issuing refunds whenever requested.

Over the past few months, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

While sample sizes may seem like they should move through production faster, they still follow the same small-batch infusion and bottling process as our larger products. Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, we do not pull most products from inventory shelves ready to ship.

We also consistently communicated updates regarding production timelines and delays through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails. Due to the unusually high volume of emails received during this period, responses were sometimes delayed. That is why we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly, as phone support became the fastest and most reliable way to receive assistance and order updates.

We respectfully disagree with the statement that there was "very little communication," as updates were posted regularly across multiple channels throughout this period. We understand that those updates did not change the frustration of waiting, but we made every effort to keep customers informed as timelines evolved.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

We also understand that waiting longer than expected is frustrating, especially after receiving estimated timelines. However, production schedules continued changing as demand increased, and we worked to keep customers informed through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production update emails.

Regarding the phone conversation, we certainly regret if the interaction came across as rude. Our team handled an extraordinary volume of calls from understandably frustrated customers during this period, but it was never our intention to be disrespectful.

We do want to respectfully address the comments regarding our expansion efforts. The new honey barn and production improvements were not being built instead of fulfilling orders. They were being built because of the overwhelming demand that created these delays in the first place. Expanding capacity is part of the solution to preventing future backlogs, not the cause of them.

Peach honey disappointment

I placed my order on 3/3/2026 and didn't receive it until 5/16/2026. I waited 2 1/2 months with zero response from customer service on any of my inquiries and then when it finally gets here it's just regular honey, I ordered peach!!! To say I was and still am disappointed is an understatement. I ordered from them because they advertised a veteran owned small business in my home state of Pennsylvania. I could have got locally sourced regular honey from my grocery store for a lot less money...
In response to your explanation, your "delayed" response comment is hilarious considering they were nonexistent, at least in my case and your assumption that the other vendors I DID get peach flavored honey from were infused with artificial flavoring is insulting to them considering you have no idea who the other vendors were but rest assured I will let both of them know what you're accusing them of with absolutely no proof/evidence of such...

We understand your disappointment and appreciate you sharing your experience.

First, we sincerely apologize if the Peach Honey you received did not meet your expectations. Waiting that long for an order only to be disappointed by the product itself is understandably frustrating.

Due to the unusually high volume of emails received during this period, responses were sometimes delayed, which we understand added to your frustration.

Regarding the honey itself, Peach Honey is an infused honey, not an artificially flavored product. Our infusions are intentionally crafted to complement the natural flavor of honey rather than overpower it. As with coffee, tea, wine, or honey itself, flavor perception can vary greatly from person to person. Many customers enjoy the subtle peach notes, while others may prefer stronger flavor profiles such as Pineapple, Cinnamon, Bourbon, or Habanero.

We are proud to be a veteran-owned Pennsylvania family farm, and we certainly regret that your experience did not reflect the standard we strive to provide.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.
