– Misleading Service, No Refund, Very Disappointing Experience
We paid this company £2,670 for bid writing/tender support services. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing and feels very misleading.
They provided us with a tender opportunity which turned out to be not suitable for our business. The worst part is that we only found this out after spending hours working on it, based on their guidance. After all the time and effort invested, we were then informed that the tender was not compatible for us.
We requested a refund, or at least for the hours/work completed to be deducted fairly, however they refused and stated that according to their terms and conditions there are no refunds.
This feels like a very tricky organisation, as the terms and conditions appear to be written only to protect them, regardless of the outcome for the customer.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to be extremely careful and read the terms in detail before paying. It feels like a scam, especially as the tender opportunities they provide can be found freely on public platforms.
Overall, a very poor experience and not a service I would recommend.

Helpful and efficient. Helped us to win a tender that we so much needed. Down size, very pricey and wouldn’t support with additional info added later on the tender.

Working with Hudson has been a positive experience so far. They are very accommodating, and their technical proposal are pretty solid. Their design work is particularly impressive, showing strong attention to detail.

I have taken and completed the four introductory courses in Tendering: Introduction to Tendering, Introduction to Tender Management, Introduction to Tender Writing, and Introduction to Tender Submissions.

The courses are well-structured in content, clarity, and supporting material. As a professional with three years of experience in the Brazilian Tendering Market who intends to find a role in this business in Europe, I found this course to be of great value.

We engaged Hudson based on our previous experience which was extremely aligned with our requirements
-This year our direct interaction not allowed with compilers, communication happened only over emails and video conference, When we needed people in real time, due to the limitation imposed we experienced frustration.
- Team knew we have a deadline on 9th, but since 8th was the weekend at team side, so nobody showed up for meetings and follow ups
-Explained Mr. John multiple times the need to be in quick contact with bidders, but seems like you guys are not happy with direct and dynamic interactions.

Managers working from the company side are not recommending to select Hudson for future.

We used Hudson back in December/January to assist with a bid. As part of the bid we were required to submit a Carbon Reduction plan which we didn't have. They quoted us for both a 800 character summary (which was compliant for the bid Hudson were working on for us) or a Full PPN 06/21 Compliant Carbon Reduction Plan so that we could use this on future NHS/Government tenders. We opted to go ahead for the Full PPN 06/21.
6 months on we have now come to submit a tender for the NHS only to find out that the carbon reduction plan they produced for us doesn't meet the requirements.
I contacted Hudson to try and rectify the issue however my emails were continuously ignored so I'd have to phone to chase for any outcome. Due to time constraints we had to approach another company to produce a compliant Carbon Reduction Plan therefore we just asked to receive our money back for the plan they sold us that didn't meet the requirements. We were repeatedly asked for the NHS’s feedback to say it wasn’t compliant however as I’d explained several times, we didn’t have that feedback as we weren’t prepared to submit a tender with inadequate documentation. It has taken over 2 weeks for them to admit the document doesn’t meet the requirements but keep using the fact that our tender submission was successful as a get out. They are refusing to reimburse us for the Carbon Reduction Plan and offered “not to charge us” for making the amendments to get it to the required standard. We have no confidence in Hudson making the necessary edits, the fact that we’ve had to point out on several occasions what was missing on the plan only cements the fact they have no idea what they are doing.
The failure to acknowledge their error, demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism. Dealing with this company has been a significant waste of time and an incredibly inefficient process, I strongly recommend caution to potential customers considering Hudson’s services.

In a million years I will still work with hudson Outsourcing Ltd. The team are great and very sport on.
