Sober was an amazing person and very helpful and provided all the details and guided me step by step in testing the humfree connect scooter. I found it very comfortable and easy to manoeuvre.

Sober spent more than adequate time with me explaining the pros and cons explaining the two different types of scooters demostrated. I ended up purchasing the Humfree Five which i was very pleased with.

Very helpful and informative representative. Made the decision making so much easier.

Everything was explain in stuff well in language I understund and was even given a chance to try the scooter before I bought it and then the delivery driver went through it all again when he came excellent service vincent

We're so glad that a last minute change of plan allowed Sober Mangaram to visit us this afternoon. At first my wife, who finds it extremely hard to walk, was very negative about getting a scooter at all, to my despair. Sober's calm and sympathetic demeanor resulted in her at last, grudgingly, to agree to go outside and see what the scooter was like, and then to sit on it, and finally to have a go riding it. Once she found it was easy to handle, and actually quite pleasant, she was hooked, much to the delight and relief of family members. We ended up buying a Humfree Connector scooter. Thank you so much, Sober, for your kindness and perseverance.

I booked a home demonstration, a lovley man called Melwyn called. He showed me two scooters, the carbon and the fold. I thought at first the fold would be my choice. After lifting them, having a test drive, folding them and putting them in my car we both thought the Carbon would be a better choice. Melwyn was so helpful, I never felt pressured to buy.
After sleeping on it, I decided to go ahead and buy. A lovely lady Megan helped me with the purchase. I really can not fault Humfree. I have looked at a lot of scooters, and while some were cheaper they did not really suit my needs.

Sober came to give demonstration today. Pleased with help & information provided. Tested the Carbon, found it quite easy to lift into camper van. Comfy to ride

Onkar demonstrated very well. Scooter was exactly as he described and importantly i could lift it. No pressure from Onkar and i was totally satisfied with the whole experience.

Very good customer care. The salesperson Sober was very helpful and thorough going through my details to determine what scooter would suit me best and then letting me try the scooter out along the road. The after care team are very helpful. Following up to see that everything was alright. The delivery lady was very helpful also ringing me when she was on her way here. I would highly reccommend this company.

Ashley Winfield came and gave me a demo on a few different scooters. I got to test drive them all. There was no hard sell to buy just great advise on which one would suit my needs the most. Left me a quote which I have now bought my new scooter. Just waiting on delivery.

Well it took over a week to arrive when you 2 or 3 days when it did arrive the user manual was not readable the back drive wheel was buckled so now waiting for a date for someone to come out to look at it.Otherwise I am very pleased with the chair if it can all be fixed.You offered me fifty pounds for my troubles that hasn’t come either
