Ashley Winfield came and gave me a demo on a few different scooters. I got to test drive them all. There was no hard sell to buy just great advise on which one would suit my needs the most. Left me a quote which I have now bought my new scooter. Just waiting on delivery.

Well it took over a week to arrive when you 2 or 3 days when it did arrive the user manual was not readable the back drive wheel was buckled so now waiting for a date for someone to come out to look at it.Otherwise I am very pleased with the chair if it can all be fixed.You offered me fifty pounds for my troubles that hasn’t come either

Lorna was great in demonstrating the scooter. She told us everything we needed yo know. She showed us how to open and close the scooter which was really easy. She even took it out yo our car and helped me put the scooter in. We purchased the scooter and are very pleased

Very friendly and professional. Full explanation and instructions given. We would have bought a scooter but unfortunately it would not fit in my car(a Fiat 500)wheras our present scooter does with room to spare. Perfect for a larger vehicle.

Interesting demonstration careful driving instruction and fast delivery.

George was really helpful and showed me all the options and talked me through the weights and mechanisms.
We put them in and out of my car to see how the fitted and if i could lift them.

The man who visited my parents was helpful and knowledgeable. He was keen to understand what my mum required from a scooter, explained what the best options were, and then ensured she was happy with the one she selected.

What made my experience great was the lady who came to see me , her name was Catherine and she explained everything to me ,gave me a test drive and made it so easy and I felt comfortable. I had my scooter within 2 days . Thank you humfree .
