I met Sober, the rep from Humfree. He was on time and made me feel very comfortable. He went about assessing my wishes and needs were very professional and friendly. The products were shown and explained in detail and allowed me to test them adequately.

Warren explained everythink in detail and very pleasent and would recommend with out hestation very professional

What made my experience great was the lady who came to see me Catherine was very very helpful ,she explains everything to detail ,puts you at ease and helps in every way she can ,she took me on a we test drive and was explaining things as we went .I would definitely recommend this company they are helpful in every way .was delivered two days later.

Salesman was very professional with no pushy sales at all, bought some scooters with him so able to try before we decided to buy.

Sober came to do a home demo for my father and whilst we didn’t find the perfect model to meet his needs, the service was excellent. They demonstrated a thorough analysis of his needs, without attempting to shoehorn him into a particular model. Products were of good quality, much better than other similar version.

Was happy to take the time to demonstrate multiple models - despite not being able to move forward, no hard sell, just sensible advice. A good service.

Alan came and showed product and liked. Best sturdy buggy I've seen (Carbon) and light weight - certainly in my top 3 buggies 👍

Ricardo was really helpful and made it clear he wouldn't sell us something unsuitable or that we weren't happy with.
It was good to try the different vehicles in the car for weight and size and for mum to try all the different options for driveability.
We were impressed that he also had a motorised wheel chair that we could trial.
We never felt rushed or pressured.

Sober did a first class job. He took great care to find out what i needed. He demonstrated Humfree Carbon. Both my wife and I thought it would suit very well

Ricardo was very helpful assisting my mum Irene in choosing a new mobility scooter. He also allowed me to assess the suitability of the chosen model for loading into my car.

Sober showed us round the range and which scooter was best for my needs. He demonstrated to my wife how to get it in the car! Trial went well, very easy to drive and get around. Just need approval from the next generation!

The only thing that let you down was communicating with me, you send out E/mails stating that you will deliver between 1230 and 1630. 1630 came and nothing from you but I had to speak to your customer service and she confirmed it would be a little late about 1700. That came and still nothing, then we get a call from the driver at 1735 saying he will be about 15 minutes, he arrives at 1758. We waited in ALL day and all we wanted was a phone call to update us. Not a good way to treat customers

Sober very well presentable and patient. The scooter is nicely designed and well built, easily maneuver and smooth ride.
