Very poor service and NO contact us details
Terrible service, terrible delivery times, ridiculous delivery charges, operator can deny or keep your order pending until they decide to process it, which could be hrs, depend8ng on how busy they are, no direct contact with live chat to solve your problems in the contact us, so your order cant he cancelled, stuck in limbo of when they decide to accept it or not, so you go hungry, but in the meantime it could go through, if you've taken another option so your footing the bill for double the food, atrocious sense of urgency for busy families or parents!

I’ve Ordered something from Aster pharmacy using Hungerstation. It was advertised as 30bots.but in reality it is only 15bots. Then pharmacist called me & told me that it was wrong so I said it was deception so cancel it pls.NO, they’d still go ahead and delivered them so I was annoyed base on our conversation it was deceiving ads. Nobody told me that if I cancel them no refund available they said,not even Dareen from Hungerstation mentioned on the day almost at the same time the Ryder was still outside with the goods.The scamming system they have was appalling. They didn’t refund that amount 471SAR! We lost our custom to this app delivery we now using toyou and Jahez. You have now loss my husband who is your longterm customer.DISGUSTING & BULLIES customer service behaviour.Note: transcript of my conversation with them was deleted on my app but I have screenshot in all of them.RYDER’s number still with me but he took the goods back with him and at same time we got charged on above amount.

One of the worst customer experiences…
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a large order and specifically selected the option to cancel the delivery if items are out of stock. Of course, several items were out of stock — yet they still went ahead and sent me only a few random things from my basket, completely ignoring my clear preference. I paid premium prices for delivery and service … with a half-empty order that I didn’t want.
To make matters worse, their customer service “Yazeed M 45211 (EX_CS)” specifically — was rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. They essentially told me there’s nothing they can do. So they take my money, ignore my instructions, and then wash their hands of all responsibility? That’s theft, plain and simple. No accountability. No refund. No care for the customer. Absolute joke of a company — I’ll never order again. Use NOON instead — far more reliable, transparent, and professional. I’ve never had a single issue with them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Scam
Scam. Dont use. Just ordered my food. Driver couldn't find it. Didn't call me, nor sens me any messages. Then they cancelled the order and still charged me. I reclaimed, but they just refuse to correct. Worst customer service ever. Deleted the app and will never use again.

I ordered food with hunger station and pay up front. Next thing I know is they cancel the order claiming I wasn’t reachable. There were no calls and no doorbell attempts. So I conclude it’s some error and re-order because I was hungry. I paid again and figure I’ll arrange the reimbursement later - after all it’s obviously their fault.
Next, I reach out to customer support. Long story short, they point blank refuse to reimburse me. Despite speaking with 2 separate agents, they keep apologizing but don’t care enough to do anything about it. So I ended up paying twice for my food.
Never order from this app
Never order from this app. They are just scammers. They steal your money. They pretend to arrive at a different location and then charge you. I specifically want to point out the customer service agent — her name is shatha maj. She lied to my face, claiming I didn’t answer the phone, even though I sent the conversation as proof. Never use this app

Terrible service — complete scam.
I paid online (31 SAR for food + 19 SAR for delivery) for an order from a restaurant just 2.4 km away. The driver claimed he delivered it to my hotel reception — but nothing ever arrived.
No customer support, no response from phone or live chat.
They took my money and disappeared.
Absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this service again and strongly advise everyone to stay away. They don’t care, they just steal your money.
