Customer service issue
horrible and inappropriate handling of situation from the agent, i wish i can attach screenshots of conversation
After i explained the issue and sent the screenshot about damaged items, agent told me that it is customer responsibility (pick up service), 2 soups were inproperly closed and caused damage of the car seat, clothes, company car parking uncomfortable situation and skipped lunch in the end.
So i asked agent if it is customer situation to unzip bags and check proper sealing of the dishes where i received an answer "sorry my dear we can not refund the aount" = these are the words as is and she/he immediately ended the chat!
From today and because of this agent i stop using this application and make sure my friends do so.
I wish HS train its customer service agents properly as they are the one who ruin your reputation.
PS when contacted restaurant - they apologized and offered to prepare fully new order, however since the issue was only with soups i insisted to only help me with it.
so no complain further to the restaurant, however HG - lost me as a customer.

I placed an order on HungerStation at 3:10 PM with an estimated delivery time of 3:47 PM. At 4:10 PM, the driver called me, asking me to walk nearly 800 meters to meet him, claiming that the roads were closed and he couldn't access the area. When I refused, he never showed up. Then, at 5:30 PM, he falsely marked the order as delivered.
This behavior was only possible because the order was prepaid by card. To make matters worse, customer service was completely uncooperative and did nothing to resolve the issue. They even closed the chat window while I was talking to them.

Spoke with agent Imran 78553 while I made one order, I was charged twice and two same orders arrived at home. One was given in my hand and one was left in front door. I didn’t even ask for this one, their system had an error and they sent me two plus two charges. So I contacted customer care asking for refund and for them to take back the second one. I ordered food from 2 restaurants and after they deducted the money the order was canceled by hunger station other app they don’t do this they deduct the money after the restaurant approved the order but hunger station aren’t and the customer service is extremely bad and not helpful.

0 stars. I ordered from a restaurant today. I got a message that 'order delivered'. Even though it was not delivered. I contacted Hungerstation help who was very unhelpful. Said now order is cancelled if I can help you with something else? He just copied and pasted same message over and over again. Issues are: 1) Initially no refund was made until I pointed this out. 2) no food was delivered 3) no action visibly taken against a lie from rider 4) guarantee of on time delivery was not met 5) no apology for my wasted time 6) no compensation offered! 7) I asked to speak to supervisor but he ignored completely and just messaged copy & paste.
The rider was wrong. But hungerstation Help was much worse!

Very poor service! Please don’t order groceries through HungerStation! It’s quite expensive and secondly they deliver less life items! Once you complaint then they will show their attitude by saying it’s not their problems ! Always please don’t orders from Othaim ! Worst experience!

Very bad. I found cigarettes butt and ash on the food bag. While taking the food from delivery boy I noticed smoke smell from the rider Suman (0538184937) be carefull, I order from almudyef hofuf and the restaurant is very neat and well maintained. This is probably the hanger station rider issue.

There will be many who order food and wait for hours and suddenly you send a text order cancelled due to rider not available after 1 hour of waiting and payment done kindly don’t make a hunger person wait and use a tag line as we understand your hunger !! If you did you would not allow cancellation of orders after accepting full payment making wait for 1 hour then say cancelled

The drivers can't follow simple instructions. All information given. Even the whattsapp location given was said to be wrong. How's that possible. Then they refused to refund my money. I received 2 calls from then wanting to know how much I will tip the driver. They are not to be used. Not professional. No food no refund.

Worst application ever, seems they rob people in a legit way and you can't do anything. i ordered at 10:48 pm the order was set to arrive at 11:30 pm.. then they send me it will be delayed to 12:30 am then i talk to customer service and say that im leaving work and then they promised me the order will be there at 12:30 and if not i will get my refund.. then order not come at 12:30 and i call the driver and he says that he will reach at 1:20 am .. so i went home thinking since the customer service said if not 12:30 arrived i will get my refund. i wake up the next day contact customer service and the tell me they are following up to my refund case.. they keep liying to me for a week till the case gets closed.. each day im asking and they keep saying it takes a little time to get the refund within working hours .. after a week i follow up and they tell me case closed no refund because driver arrived so in their terms the order was delivered.. they just dont take responsibility for their actions and people just pay .. and i slept hungryy without any dinner and short on money as it was the end of month also which i had not much money left and they didnt care .. what a useless app .. better to order from a robot

Worst customer service I have encountered for any issue.
They can’t escalate, they speak rudely by phone, you can email regarding a matter and they never respond.
Their drivers are never wearing safety so are never allowed in compounds.
Drivers always take ages as they deliver to other people.
You can’t even reach the customer service advisors as there’s no number and by chat they are always trying to end it.

Delivery was delayed or canceled by rider, contacted the customer service and the called driver who then appeared later. Asking for money as HungerStation don’t pay riders if you complain. Crazy way of treating people, will make sure everyone knows about this . Will never order ever again. Food was cold and poor quality

Watch out ! I call it stealing!
I did a delivery yesterday night from Mamoula shop and provided my address where there is a security guy in the compound. The driver refused to leave the package at the security and called me and I couldn t answer so he cancelled the order . After 5 mins I reordered the same order and another driver came and didn t even contact me and left the order at the security . So I paid the same order twice and I called the customer service and they said they cannot help and the money is lost .
