Poor customer service they didn't solve or offer any alternatives, driver didn't deliver my order and he marked it delivered (simply just took my order) and customer service wouldn't do anything about it! How unprofessional

The Most Horrible Experience, They are such thieves stealing your credit money and whatever complains you will did , They will not return back

fraud with customers they charge extra money from actual value and taxes and delivery chargers.

This company is the rudest and most unprofessional, I have payed for a 1 month free delivery subscription, and when I went to place an order, they scammed me for 40﷼ worth of subscriptions, very unprofessional and very bad, I placed an order for desserts and the food came out all messy and honestly looked like straight up 🤢 not ordering from hungerstation again!!!!!

Simple they stole my money by credit card then they mentioned it’s arrived while I didn’t receive anything thats was in ksa and after calling customer service oh ok we will see and until now didn’t receive anything money or food they are horrible my complaint number is 677146259 you can check by yourself

I ordered AlBaik via hungerstation and pay it online, driver called me and asking me to pay another 15sr, because the delivery area is far from the location, i told the driver if you cannot deliver then cancel the order, sad to say, they didn't give me my refund worth 62sr....

Waste of time using this ordering app, price is high and the delivery guy is so rude and aske to give and pay another 15sr... 😡😡😡

After 2 hours of waiting they cancelled my order !!!! And after contacting the costumer service they said they cant do anything !!!! Horrible driver horrible service

I’ve ordered from hunger stations multiple times but there’s always atleast one mistake in my orders. Recently I ordered from hunger station and the driver delivered the order to the wrong location and when I asked the customer service they said they can’t do anything about it nor give the refund. I’ve tried contacting the driver as well but he just left me on sent and customer service just kept saying they can’t do anything and won’t give refund

Horrible drivers and customer support you put in a note to just leave the food as a reception and not to contact you as you are in meetings and what happens after your meeting you look hungry at your app to see that it was cancelled because they couldn’t reach you totally destroying the used case of ordering for busy people

I have found hungersation to be satisfactory. My recent order was spilt in the bag and I received instant credit. Unfortunately I also have the restaurant one star and it wasn't their fault, just the rider. But no option to change this

I don't have a saudi number, but i have managed to make many orders and when the delivery arrives, they contact me on whatsapp and i make the call or text back. Last order was cancelled and when i contacted the help center, they said the driver wasn't able to reach you because they don't make international calls and they wouldn't refund me.
it surprises me because i have already received multiple previous orders!

This is worst app for ordering food and they don't have the courtesy to call back to the customer. Tone of the worst app in saudi.. don't use this app
