Steve conroy was absolutely amazing from start to finish very professional and approachable he even took me to get my new car taxed which was good. I would highly recommend this garage. I had a very good experience today dealing with Bradley Forrest, Sales Executive at Hutchings in Swansea.
He is a very pleasant, polite young man and he is extremely knowledgeable about the cars.
He listened well to my needs regarding updating my vehicle and helped me to purchase my new vehicle.
Its nice to have trust in someone which is why im a returning customer.
Also I'd mention Paul Bryer, service advisor, for his excellent customer relations and vehicle knowledge.

I had to use Hutchins the other day when my car had a recall. It was easy and quick and I enjoyed the coffee. Whilst there I mentioned the Map update and they did this for me. I am eighty year old the experience was great. They also did the check and found the tyre pump was out of date, so this was changed thank goodness. I am late doing this as I have not been very well. Thanks again

I walked into the dealership last week just to have an informal chat and a look to see what cars could be within my budget. Matt introduced himself to me and was very friendly/ easy going and felt as though I was talking with someone who absolutely knows his stuff. He was exceptionally good with keeping in touch with me and kept me up to date from start to finish, he attended to everything I asked and went out of his way to be more than helpful. Brad was friendly, professional, explained everything with regards to the cars functions , made the car look gleaming and smell lovely for pick up and was just such a nice down to earth person that was approachable and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I have been a loyal customer of Hutchings Hyundai- Swansea for almost 12 years and am currently on my third vehicle with the company. Over the years, I have always received excellent service, so when my usual Sales Consultant moved on, I was naturally a little apprehensive about starting the process again with someone new.

Earlier this year, I contacted Hutchings Hyundai regarding the possibility of a new vehicle, and I was introduced to Philip Davies. From our very first conversation, Phil’s knowledge, professionalism and genuine customer-focused approach immediately put my mind at ease.

Although I contacted the dealership somewhat earlier than necessary due to a slight lapse in my memory regarding when my existing contract was due to end, Phil was extremely helpful and reassuring. He took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions and assured me that he would be there to assist when the time was right. He even invited me into the dealership to discuss my options, and the time he invested in understanding my circumstances and future requirements was greatly appreciated.

Fast forward to the present day, and as promised, Phil got back in touch to discuss my requirements. He listened carefully to what I needed and, through his excellent customer service and attention to detail, put together a deal and plan that suited my needs perfectly — and actually offered more than I had initially expected.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Phil. His knowledge, professionalism, communication and genuine commitment to ensuring I was happy throughout the process are a real credit to both himself and Hutchings Hyundai. His customer service was first-class from start to finish, and his approach gave me complete confidence that I was in safe hands.

I would also like to commend Hutchings Hyundai as a company. After nearly 12 years and three vehicles - soon to be fourth, the consistently high level of service is a major reason why I have continued to return. It is clear that the dealership values its customers and understands the importance of building long-term relationships.

Phil is a fantastic representative of the Hutchings Hyundai brand, and his knowledge and professionalism certainly made the decision to continue my relationship with the dealership an easy one.

I recently purchased a Hyundai i10 from Hutchings Pontypridd,Andy was very helpful and informative from start to end. I had a couple of issues but Andy dealt with them quickly and professionally he is a credit to your company
